No waiting for washer to quit and going back to put clothes in dryer. Just put clothes in, push button and the door pops open when dry. It is too bad it doesn't fold the clothes though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does take a lot longer to do a full drying cycle, but the clothes come out DRY. No having to mix it around and start it again 2 or 3 times. Plus, I always forgot to move my clothes from the washer to the dryer and would have to rewash it. The peace of mind of being able to start a wash when I go to sleep and wake up to dry clean clothes is amazing. I would definitly buy another one. With it being ventless, it opens up a lot of areas you can put it in your house.

A month in wish we would have ordered pedestal at some time- ordered it after and just got it- helps with ease and height reaching in and not having to bend over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a GAME CHANGER! Our family of 5 has no issue starting laundry, however, keeping it moving to the dryer is another story. We often start the washing machine, walk away and return 12 hours later and need to rewash the laundry before we can dry it. No longer an issue! This machine dry's everything, including the inside of the machine. (No more front loader smelly washer issues.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent system, connected to wifi and updated SW. All pretty simple. Does a great job, the integrated network notifications are great. The install was simple, quick and gave me alot more space than i had before. I like that its quiet and does the job without much interaction. Haven't figured out all the settings yet, but will be soon.

This has a lot of potential, but clearly not ready for main stream and feels like unpolished and rushed to get out their. The dry cycle takes a long time, this would be ok if cloths came out dry but some items like towels don't so we have to change the dry level to more, issue with it is their is no way to change the defaults in the cycles or create and save your own, for us would love to change towels to more fabric softener and more on dry level. Next it is extremely sensitive to water pressure, so if we have 2 showers going off at same time it errors out, this would not be a problem if it had delay option like the last to washers we had and like 90% of machines out their. Remote control is cool concept but again poorly executed, to do remote control you have to hit the remote control button on panel to start it and it resets after use, so at that point why would I remote control it if I already have to walk up and hit a button on it first? Thee storage capacity for detergent and sofner I is extremely small specially compared to other brands all in one machine, still nice to just fill and forget but should be a larger tanks for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Positives: * It does what it needs to do on a 110 20amp circuit and all in one unit. * You get notifications when it completes one part of the cycle. * Clean filter, low detergent and clean cycle notifications are nice Negatives: * Doesn't always dry everything all the way * Can't control from smart things to start remotely * no option for newer items (laundry sheets, washing or pods), only liquids * no dryer sheet option (we are in 2025, so this should have some automation from a top technology company)

I bought this 6 months ago but didn’t get installed by my contractor till about a month ago. I love it but know that I am not using all of what it has to offer. I took a star off because when I was researching the 3 different washer/dryer combos, The other 2 had pedestals available. Since the Samsung was so new, they predicted that there would be one available probably in August. That hasn’t happened and I get the impression it is not in the near future if at all. This is not ok because the unit sits very low to the ground. If I had known there wasn’t going to be one, I would have gotten an LG. I feel I was mislead and that is very disappointing. I am stuck now, I fear.

This combo is a frustrating mess and a complete waste of time, money and electricity. The minimum wash time is 5 hours on the quickest cycle, but then you have to add at least 40 more minutes of drying time because it takes at least 2 drying cycles to get your clothes dry. It takes 11 hours, not a typo, it takes 11 hours to wash and partially dry one small load of blankets (2 small throws). It takes 5 hours to do a quick wash and partially dry a small load and 7.5 hours to wash and partially dry on normal... I say partially dry because the dry cycle fails to dry in one cycle no matter how small the load is. This is a great concept, but it's hard to imagine worse execution of a great idea, Giving this product a 1 star is very generous
