Honestly the technology in these units is outrageous. Washing and drying a load of laundry in two hours using less than 1kw/hour of electricity! Unheard of! Yeah sometimes a load takes a little longer, though I've yet to see one take over 3 hours. In my eyes it's a small price to pay for never having to worry about a dryer vent again. Tons of features and cycles, washes linen sheets and auto dispenses specialty detergents for delicates or a standard detergent for regular loads. Using the ai features the machine is also insanely efficient at dispensing detergent. Old machine averaged 50 ml of specialty detergent per load, this one is 9 ml. But somehow sheets are cleaner! Honestly I'm just praying the machine is reliable because the functionality, convenience, and efficiency is seriously something else.

Plus, I always forgot to move my clothes from the washer to the dryer and would have to rewash it. The peace of mind of being able to start a wash when I go to sleep and wake up to dry clean clothes is amazing. I would definitly buy another one. With it being ventless, it opens up a lot of areas you can put it in your house.

This combo is a frustrating mess and a complete waste of time, money and electricity. The minimum wash time is 5 hours on the quickest cycle, but then you have to add at least 40 more minutes of drying time because it takes at least 2 drying cycles to get your clothes dry. It takes 11 hours, not a typo, it takes 11 hours to wash and partially dry one small load of blankets (2 small throws). It takes 5 hours to do a quick wash and partially dry a small load and 7.5 hours to wash and partially dry on normal... I say partially dry because the dry cycle fails to dry in one cycle no matter how small the load is. This is a great concept, but it's hard to imagine worse execution of a great idea, Giving this product a 1 star is very generous

The Bespoke All-in-One Washer/Dryer combo is literally the best product in its arena. The AI functions are superior to all, and the machines capability to sense what you put into it, amd clean the items accordingly is the heaviest lift of all time. There's over 10 different wash modes that you can choose from to ensure your clothes come out the smartest and best wash/dry as ever. I kid you not. The machine has a high price tag, however for what you get, it's well, we'll, worth it and you definitely get more than your money's worth. I can't express it enough, this machine is way far advanced than anything else on the market. The touchscreen tablet on it allows you to order any essentials or other products directly from it, play music or a show you're interested in while you load the washer or are folding the clothes after they're dried. It's official, and again, the best investment I've made in years. And it has a 20 year motor warranty so you have no worries for the next 20 after purchase. Hands down, Samsung out did themselves with this one as they continuously always do. All of my main everyday, and important, and valuable products are made by Samsung. I stand by them, and support them because they make products that stand by and support my lifestyle!!! 💯

We purchased this a month ago and absolutely LOVE it! Our clothes have never been cleaner, and it makes doing laundry so so easy. I noticed some reviews saying it take 4 hours to do laundry (wash+dry)... it does not. Do not let that scare you off from purchasing this. The time it takes to do your laundry depends on the cycle you choose! So sure, some cycles may take that long, but those cycles are meant for certain items. Most of the time when I am doing washing+drying it takes around 1 hour and 30-45 minutes. Again, it depends on what cycle options you are choosing! I will say, I feel like the stress of laundry is now gone with this machine. I throw in my laundry, select my cycle, and walk away because it auto dispenses the detergent and softener. If you do not want to auto dispense, no worries. You can quickly turn these off in the cycle selection. I have utilized pods as well for detergent and it works wonderful. The one feature we love is the connection to all of our samsung devices (TV, phones, watch, etc.) because it notifies us when cycles are complete. There is never downtime between back to back cycles with this feature. I seriously feel like I have way less overhead with laundry now.. silly I know, but forgetting to switch laundry around adds time and sometime leads to running the cycle twice. Not with this machine! Lastly, I hang a lot of my clothes to dry. It is easy to turn off the drying cycle and just wash with the cycle of your choice. The door then pops open at the end, notifies me right away that everything is complete to then hang my clothes up and start my next cycle. I lied.. one more. It takes up less space being a combo which is another big plus. I told my husband that if space did not matter in the future, I want us to purchase another one of these because hello!!! Two washers, two dryers. Yes!!!

If you don't mind the long drying time (3 hours or more), it is a great machine to have. Nice looking and efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a mismatched front loader and dryer for years now knowing there was something better out there to come. This is it! The Samsung Besploke All-in-One AI Laundry combo (5.3 cu ft) is not only a space saver but a time saver too! First off, the dark steel color is stunning in person and the soft touch panels and touch screen are gorgeous and well thought out. I am able to either use the touch screen or the app to select my laundry cycles including soil level, water temp, detergent dispensing etc. I appreciate the large detergent and softener reservoirs at the bottom of the machine. I should be able to do at least 40 loads without having to touch more laundry soap. Connecting to the app was a breeze and I can change more setting than I could ever want and also monitor the load away from home if needed. After adjusting my settings, I just let it do it's thing. No longer am I trying to see if I have enough time for a wash load to run so I can throw it in the dryer before bed, I can start the load and it's dry and ready to fold when I wake up. It may seem as though the cycles take longer but remember, it's washing and drying your clothes. You put a dirty load in and take a clean/dry load out. Even more impressive is the heat pump dryer feature. Heat pump dryers are the future. It runs off a 110v plug and does not need to vent. No more house fire risk or huge electric bills. This unit may not be perfect for every family as the drum capacity is not as large as some washers and dryers but it is perfect for our 3-person family washing several medium loads per week. I prefer to manage my laundry pretty closely but there are lots of options for automated laundry. Overall, this machine is exactly what I hoped it would be when I ordered it. I am so excited to see the future success of all-in-one units and heat pump dryers here in the US for electricity savings. Bravo Samsung.

I have bought quite a few 2 in 1 combo . Overseas it's a regular washing and drying machine. I bought this one 3 weeks ago and it is the best I have ever bought. I bought an LG 6 months ago but there is no comparison. My laundry doesn't smell like they burned or dried to hot or to fast. I don't have to take the wet clothes out and shake them and put them back in to prevent wrinkling like the LG.
