It holds enough detergent for many loads of clothes! No need to add it each time you wash. I also love love love the fact that it this combo doesn't require time changing over clothes to dry. You literally choose the cycle and place the clothes inside, it does everything! I also love the automatic door open at the end of the cycle. This Washer/dryer combo is the best purchase I've made on appliance selection! I highly recommend!

I've always been bad at remembering to transfer the wet wash over to the dryer and would always end up rewashing the load of laundry! With this machine that's not the case! Throw in your dirty clothing and hit the start button, come back later and you have clean dry clothing! Every load of laundry I have done with this machine has been perfectly dry! I'd recommend this machine to anyone!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it’s simplified my life!! I work at home virtually so it’s easy for me to throw in a load of clothes and they are washed and dried on my breaks! I have gone from doing laundry all day to a small load every day or every other day! NO MORE WEEKEND LAUNDRY DAYS!!! Totally frees up my weekend tired to a washer and dryer! No more forgetting about a load in the washer either and having to rewash!!! It’s all done in one shot. I don’t have any issues with times as I know some loads will take longer depending on the need of that load. I’ve heard negative things to that manner but it’s all in how you set it!! 🥰 PLUS I have extra space in my laundry room with the dryer gone now!!

I was in the market for a Heat Pump Dryer and was planning on replacing my washer also. I initial was going to get A Bespoke Washer and a Bespoke Heat pump Dryer. I received an email that Samsung was releasing a Bespoke AI Laundry Combo. I was very interested. I pre-ordered the Combo for $100 off. This product is amazing. Energy usage is beyond what I expected. My closthes come out cleaner and drier than they ever have, I couldn't be more pleased. I wish it had its own laundry pedestal though.

I was a lot skeptical after reading many mixed reviews for all brands that offered a washer dryer combo machine, Samsung you nailed it with this one. My family could not be happier. The machine is easy to use; my 10 year old does his own laundry and preps for the next load by cleaning the lint trap. Laundry detergent and softener self dispensing makes life easy; amounts can be adjusted to your liking per load. Clothes come out clean, fresh and DRY. You choose your cycle; set and forget from wash to dry or set them to run independently. Machine is load with tech; AI, Alexa pairing, apps, web browser. I love jamming out to my Spotify Playlist. I don't miss a visitor, doorbell can chime through the machine.This machine is BOSS- 5 stars without a doubt. The only thing missing and I why only rated 4 stars is due to the lack of a pedestal, machine sits low. I was told that a pedestal was in the making, I hope it's available soon-I also understand perfection can't be rushed, this machine is very heavy.

This washing machine is truly magical, from the smart screen that can integrate with ring and other smart devices to the all in one washing/Drying functionality. it has loads of space and great features. First of all the fit and finish is great all around, it is stainless steel but I was really surprised is how Fingerprint Resistant it is. The Washing Machine looks clean even after a week and half of use. The installation was breeze, we just need to make sure that the water line is compatible with Washing Machine, mine was a standard water line and it perfectly well. Other than that it was just plugging into the outlet and we were all set! I love the connectivity of this, the smart thing app was a breeze to set up with a walkthrough of each setup of the process. The App has all of the features as at the standard control panel but it is a lot better because you have more space to read and toggle all our options. It show real time updates like how much laundry is remaining. Once it is done, it does give you a notification alert. Coming to the washing machine itself it is quite good, it has all the great AI features, which it initially tests with a small load of water and adjusts accordingly for the wash cycle. My washing machine is about five years old and over that I see a notable difference in the washing quality. Whenever I use soft fabrics, my old machine would wash it too much giving kind of faded color, the samsung machine is great as it able to recognize it and adjust accordingly. It made my life so much easier as I don’t have to change the setting every time, I could just select Normal wash and the washing machine would handle the rest. Although, I didn’t test it enough, I feel like the washing machine has been using significantly less water. My only pet-peeve is I wish they the drying time is little less than it is. But given that this is ventless machine, I am still mesmerized at its capabilities and functionalities. If you are looking for all-in one smart washing machine, then this is it, period!

Owned for 10 months. Three software updates. I like the All-in-One. We had an issue with letting clothes sour in the washer. With the all-in-one, that's never happened. Cons - 1) You need to clean the filter regularly, like a Roomba. Based on on-line reviews, that's the key issue to it failing. 2) It is large. I wanted a European-style compact, mini. But, I've gotten used to it. Pros - 1) You can start from dirty to clean & dry, without additional steps. Unless you want to add dryer sheets/balls. 2) I love how well the softener is added & the cycle options. 3) I didn't care for the 1st software update, but I like the most recent one (April/May 2025). It adds some helpful display options. 4) The large detergent containers are nice. 5) I wash my blacks on delicate & I really like the specialty detergent receptacle. I am actually back on the site to see if I could get a 2nd one, but I guess that's not an option.

A month in wish we would have ordered pedestal at some time- ordered it after and just got it- helps with ease and height reaching in and not having to bend over
