I love that it has variety of wash options from small loads, delicates to AI opt. The smart feature has made my life easy. I don’t have to measure detergent every time since it auto-dispenses, and the AI settings adjust the wash based on the load. Even little things like the door opening on its own at the end and the self-cleaning drum are super convenient. The design feels durable and thoughtfully made, which gives me confidence it will last. For anyone who has never used this product before, I would say it’s definitely worth trying you’ll notice the difference right away. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my home and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really enjoying my new Samsung washer with AI technology. This washing machine has all of the bells and whistles and then some. There are a multitude of options already preloaded that you can use to get your clothes nice and clean. There is also the option to pre-load your detergent and your softener so you don’t have to remember to add that every single time. It makes loading and pressing play to get the job done so much faster. It’s also good because I don’t have to tell anyone how much of anything to put in the washing machine does it for me. I also like the technology to have a message sent to my phone that my laundry is finished. If I can’t get to it right away, there is also an option to run a wrinkle reducing cycle that continues to steam my clothes until I have time to get them out of the washing machine. If you are into a lot of options, you can always just use the AI cycle. This option will work to determine how dirty the clothes are and how much time they should actually be in the washing machine to get clean. This is a great catch all for any cycle of any clothes to get the job done. The sleek design looks really nice in my laundry room and I like that there is the option to stock the dryer on top of the washing machine. This is a great space saver. The extra functions such as YouTube and ring doorbell loaded onto the machine, seemed silly at first, but they have actually come in handy. It’s really amazing all of the advanced technology this washing machine comes with. Dishwasher also has a very large capacity. We have been able to fit in a king comforter and a rug at separate times, and the capacity is large enough that each was cleaned very well when we took them out of the washing machine. If you are someone who likes having the bells and whistle and lots of options, this is the washing machine for you!

It looks really sleek and modern, which honestly makes the laundry area feel a little more put together. It runs super quietly, even with big loads, and the capacity is awesome. I can throw in all our bedding or a ton of towels without it feeling overloaded. The control panel is easy to figure out, and it kind of learns as you go, which is pretty cool. I’ve only tried a few of the settings so far, but the steam and bubble soak ones have definitely come in handy—especially for pet hair and tougher stains. It’s one of those purchases that just feels like a smart, grown-up decision. Makes laundry feel way less annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been extremely pleased with my new Samsung F90 Series Bespoke Washing machine. Installation was super simple. The intuitive display is a nice upgrade from using knobs and buttons and instead the well designed LCD control interface is intuitive and easy to use and understand. I also have found the ability to refill detergent and softener and allow the washer to auto dispense saves time when doing multiple loads. I really like that at the end of the cycle the washer door opens slightly so if I run the cycle and forget it for a couple days the tub is vented so that it does not get musty. Finally I like the crisp design and the charcoal color blends well with our cabinets. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new washer to purchase this model.

I love all the different setting you can choose from and that AI can help make the washer more efficient depending on the type of load. I really enjoy being able to have this hooked up to the Samsung SmartThings app as well. This helps with staying on top of the laundry when it’s completed. Another interesting thing about this washer is being able to load the laundry detergent and softener in so I don’t have to manually add it myself every load. I also like that you can adjust the amount of detergent you want in each load depending on type of load it may be. This is a great product and I enjoy all the options that you can choose from.

It washes extremely clean, and has an option to open the door after the cycle has completed, which is a definite plus. I love the automatic dispensers that will dispense just the right amount of soap. It is quiet as well, which is great! My only improvement would be that if I could customize loads and save those. Otherwise this machine is fantastic! The auto dispensers allow me to use a different detergent than the rest of my family, and have two separate dispenser options. There is also a manual dispenser if need be as well. I do think it's a bit weird that it can connect to youtube and spotify; I'm not sure what the need for that would be. It does an excellent job connecting to the smart things app - I also love that it will notify me when the cycle is complete. We store ours side by side rather than stacked - would definitely recommend!

I love that i can track the progress of the wash from an app. I’ve washed my clothes with the AI customizer and it did a good job. I feel like it gets the clothes at an optimal level of clean that when you toss it in the dryer it doesn’t take as long to dry. All in all a great washer and would recommend.

Impressive Capacity & Performance - The washer easily handles bedding and large loads, thus saving time with fewer laundry sessions. 2. The SuperSpeed Wash feature is the most innovative feature which I experienced first time, that finished a large/heavy load in under 30 minutes and still no compromise in cleaning. 3. Smart Technology - this is something I was not so sure of at the beginning. The washer has a 7" LCD touchscreen and Samsung Smart things app controls make selecting cycles and monitoring laundry incredibly convenient. After a few wash cycles, the washer "learnt" my habits and started recommending the appropriate wash cycle, which truly feels futuristic. Finally, the washer’s built in Wi-Fi and SmartThings integration is cool, and mobile app notifications remind me of laundry duties. 4. The Flex Auto Dispense System is a very unique and thoughtful feature in this washer takes all the human error and accidental over usage of laundry detergent. The app as well as the screen on the washer shows the levels of detergent and softener which is super helpful. 5. I have noticed specialized cycles like Steam Clean which I am going to try soon, and as per the manual will make sure that my family’s clothes are not only clean but also free of allergens. 6. Child lock and a well-lit drum are some subtle things that made me feel good and safer while using this washer. 7. My state provides incentives and since I am upgrading my laundry, the ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient rating is a huge plus. These days I am super concerned about long-term savings and the environment, this ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient rating will contribute to savings. What a game changer it is, no more missing socks as now you can actually see inside the washer, and for those that enjoy a show, yes, I'm talking to you, people that love watching your clothes getting washed, yeah, guilty as charged here lol, turn that light on and enjoy! You got bored? Well, how about watching a youtube video on the built-in screen, or maybe just continue watching the washing show with some Spotify music in the background, thanks to the built-in speaker :). You can already tell I'm in love with this washer right? Well, I haven't even gotten to the washing part, with the drum size I can finish faster, clothes get washed properly with all the different washing cycles this machine has, don't know which one to select? Well, let the AI washing cycle do it itself. There's soooo many things I love about this washer, the detergent tanks that dispense the right amount of it so you don't have to be dealing with washing your measuring cups or even trying to figure out how much detergent you need, someone's at the front door but you don't have your smartphone with you to see who's there? Answer it straight from the washer with the ring app; the automatic door opening after the cycle's over? Mind blown. You in need of a new washing machine? I'm telling you, this is the ONE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with the new Samsung F90 Series Bespoke washer & dryer and the dark gray color. It's the fanciest washer & dryer we've ever had but the display is well designed and easy to use. The washing machine has features that weren't on our previous model (by another brand) such as the detergent auto dispenser for running multiple loads and the automatic opening of the door at the end of the cycle so wet laundry doesn't get musty if left inside too long before putting in the dryer. It would be great if a pedestal set was available (we have the set side by side) so we wouldn't have to bend down to get the loads of laundry in and out of the machines.
