You can add it to smart things directly from their display, just don't try do add them from your phone at the same time, you'll just confuse yourself and the system. I love the automatic soap and fabric softner dispenser, these units are truly built for the modern smart home. There is every possible wash and dry cycle you could ask for, from Normal, to heavy duty, to bedding, to delicate, if you can think it, this set has it. The washer performance is top notch, my clothes were almost dry when I took them out, thanks to the excellent spin cycle. That just makes the job of the dryer easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI Front Load Washer has been a big change in the way I do laundry. Being able to connect the washer to my Samsung SmartThings app and it notify me when my wash cycle is done has been amazing. Being able to have the app send me notifications helps me be more efficient in getting my laundry done. I really enjoy being able to fill the washer with laundry soap and get a reminder when it needs to be refilled when empty. It’s so much easier than having to add laundry every time along with being able to adjust how much soap needs to be in each load is great. Another plus to this washer is all the different ways you can wash different loads of laundry based on its type. One of my favorite things about this washer is the touchscreen and the sleek look of the washer itself. This washer is going to look great in my renovated laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with the new Samsung F90 Series Bespoke washer & dryer and the dark gray color. It's the fanciest washer & dryer we've ever had but the display is well designed and easy to use. The washing machine has features that weren't on our previous model (by another brand) such as the detergent auto dispenser for running multiple loads and the automatic opening of the door at the end of the cycle so wet laundry doesn't get musty if left inside too long before putting in the dryer. It would be great if a pedestal set was available (we have the set side by side) so we wouldn't have to bend down to get the loads of laundry in and out of the machines.

No more having to wait for my neighbors finish using 1 of the complex's 3 washers. It's annoying especially when they're not transferred to the dryers in a timely manner. The washer is large enough to wash anything from curtains to our bed comforter. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI Front Load Washer and Dryer set, a gorgeous modern design in dark steel finish, the only downside is that now I'll have to remodel my laundry room to match the looks. The washer and dryer are incredibly capable, they have a lot of space, and provide a multitude of options to choose from when it comes to customizing the washing and drying, and in case you are unsure, let its AI decide how to better handle the work. The technology is just incredible, a colorful touch screen display, with supports for multiple applications, like Youtube or Spotify to make the wait easier, and also sensors and applications that track your water and energy usage. I'm extremely happy with this acquisition.

It even detects the clothes im washing and monitors soil levels, adjusting detergent or rinse time when needed. The built-in detergent reservoir prevents overuse (a lifesaver in my house since my kids love to overpour!). The sleek design looks amazing, and the SmartThings app lets me check cycle progress even when I’m away from home.

The integration of those units and Samsung’s “SmartThings APP” gives exact washer operation information at your fingertips wherever you go. Using OptiWash+, I can reduce the guesswork. Yes, it's now science & maybe more complicated. Once the cycle is activated, each unit shows “Sensing the load…” as it smartly determines the best option to do the wash or dry. Sure enough, if you want more complicated options, the display “More Cycles” is available. Now, my appliance is a small computer built in. It will display weather info. The 7” touch screen is big and easy to read and control. You can always touch: Help” if you have questions without leaving the laundry room. I am sure those washing liquids (TIDE) can be ordered directly or automatically in the future within the APP or display. The type of washing detergent is liquid, allowing you to use it in conventional ways. However, to utilize the full AI washing function, liquid detergent is better. The liquid detergent holders (two types) can hold up to 30 cycles or loads. Accessing the door seems a little lower, as you need to be down on the floor if you install those side by side. When you stack them together, the bottom side controller (Washing Machine) will operate both units. With the Samsung AI washer, I can easily handle my laundry. The operation is quieter compared to other brands. I really like the style and ZEN-LIKE design. As a result, the laundry room is no longer dark or hidden.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Someone in my household mentioned it was hard to figure out how to use the new washer, until I said, - there is nothing to figure out, you can simply talk to Bixby and ask to set the cycle you want and hit start. They were blown away when they realized they could do that, I was too when I figured it out, and seriously, I don't know how it could get easier than that. You can say Bixby, set the washing cycle to whites and hit start. And that's it. Talking about whites, my white clothes got whiter that ever before after a wash, I don't know what it is but I'm guessing it's because it's truly a smart washer. And of course there is so much more in such a sleak, clean and modern design. You can browse the web, check your security system cameras, watch YouTube, control and review other smart appliances, listen and dance to your favorite Spotify Playlist while you fold your clothes. It's such a smart appliance that it determinantes how much detergent it needs and you don't even have to worry about adding it every time, that doesn't mean you can't still be in control, you can manually set it up as well, so you can spend as much or as little time as you want doing the laundry, the choose is yours. Personally, I'm proud of the choise I made with this washer.

With the advances in AI technology, we are now enjoying it with Samsung appliances. With AI Wash, the unit analyzes the types of clothes and optimizes the cycle(s). The system will update your phone with the actual operating time, based on the type and condition of the laundry. With a busy schedule, it is efficient.
