Gone are the days with antique looking beige unites with clunky knobs and switches. This unit had luxury written all over it. The black and stainless appearance with a single large touchscreen on the front looked amazing. Probably my favorite feature of the washer is the detergent and fabric softener dispenser. Each has their own reservoir that automatically dispenses the liquid base on the amount of laundry! It even actively monitors the level and will tell you when its running low. It has a number of different cycles and I've found it very easy to switch between them on the touchscreen. I've, however, been using the AI cycle which automatically senses the amount of clothes as well as how dirty they are to adjust the settings. I'm extremely happy with the large capacity as well -- fewer loads is always welcome. It has an entire operating system with apps too! At first I thought this was overkill. I mean, who wants to watch Youtube or listen to Spotify on their washing machine. However, I was folding clothes one day and put a video on and I was hooked! Overall its a wonderful washer and I'd recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI Front Load Washer and Dryer set, a gorgeous modern design in dark steel finish, the only downside is that now I'll have to remodel my laundry room to match the looks. The washer and dryer are incredibly capable, they have a lot of space, and provide a multitude of options to choose from when it comes to customizing the washing and drying, and in case you are unsure, let its AI decide how to better handle the work. The technology is just incredible, a colorful touch screen display, with supports for multiple applications, like Youtube or Spotify to make the wait easier, and also sensors and applications that track your water and energy usage. I'm extremely happy with this acquisition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been extremely pleased with my new Samsung F90 Series Bespoke Washing machine. Installation was super simple. The intuitive display is a nice upgrade from using knobs and buttons and instead the well designed LCD control interface is intuitive and easy to use and understand. I also have found the ability to refill detergent and softener and allow the washer to auto dispense saves time when doing multiple loads. I really like that at the end of the cycle the washer door opens slightly so if I run the cycle and forget it for a couple days the tub is vented so that it does not get musty. Finally I like the crisp design and the charcoal color blends well with our cabinets. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new washer to purchase this model.

Its AI feature options takes a lot of the guesswork out of setting cycles by automatically identifying fabric type and soil level — it definitely beats an average washer. Its SuperSpeed Wash can wash a full load in under 30 minutes with acceptable cleaning quality, which is great when time is an issue. From a design standpoint, I appreciate the sleek look and ease of the Auto Dispense drawer in that I can pre-load detergent and softener for several loads. It's very quiet and there are plenty of cycle choices available. Of course, with any smart appliances, there is a bit of learning to understand how to get maximum use of all of its smart functions, and some occasional maintenance (seal, filter cleaning) to keep it running smoothly. Overall, 10/10.

The drum’s huge, so I do way less loads, and the SuperSpeed Wash actually gets stuff clean crazy fast. I didn’t think I’d need the app, but now I use it all the time—so much easier to pick cycles and keep track of laundry. Auto detergent dispenser is super handy, and it’s great on energy too. At first I was like “do I really need an app for a washer,” but turns out, it’s actually kinda neat having the SmartThings app. The machine weirdly starts picking up what cycles I use and recommends them for me - it’s a bit scary but also super handy. I like getting those phone notifications too because I always forget I started laundry. The detergent thing—Flex Auto Dispense?—means you just fill it up and don’t have to think about it for weeks. No more guess work or spilling all over. The app tells you how much you have left too, which is sorta nerdy but I’m into it. Does tiny loads well, does giant ones well, and looks cool too. 10/10, would recommend to anyone even thinking about a new washer.

The optimal use of AI, even when doing the laundry, is very productive since there are so many options and types of washing times available for this set. For once, I actually enjoy doing laundry and mess around with the other functionalities that these washer is capable of! The SmartThings connection is one of those features I didn't think I'd use much, but now I love getting that notification when a load is done. Theres no more forgetting wet clothes in there for hours! The automatic detergent dispenser has been a lifesaver, especially with my kids doing their own laundry now. They dont exactly measure soap, so having it dispensed automatically means no more soap overload situations. After a few loads, I could already tell the difference! My clothes come out looking cleaner and not as worn down as they did with my old machine. One feature I didn’t even know I’d love so much is how the door pops open if the clothes sit too long. That has saved me from the funky washer smell more than once.
