It’s 8in in size so perfect to fry small items like eggs, sausages etc. I love that you can use it anywhere on the stove, in the oven or on the grill. We love to take it camping with us, it’s very handy and not as heavy as cast iron pans. It’s pre-seasoned and very tough and durable pan. It heats up quickly and evenly and save to use with metal utensils and on induction stove. Love it! Handle is very comfortable but it gets hot so you need to use the mitt. Cleaning is easy.

Heat distribution is good, handle is fine. It's safe and convenient. I just wipe after using, no need to clean with soap.

It heats up quickly and evenly, making it perfect for crepes, omelets, and even quesadillas. The carbon steel surface gives great control and browning while still being easy to clean. It’s lightweight yet durable, and the handle makes flipping and maneuvering simple. I also love the sleek design—it looks professional in the kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a carbon steel pan like this (I’ve never seen one before), but I think the closest comparison is a Cast iron pan: similar care (don’t leave it soaking in water, make sure it’s dry afterwards, oven-safe, etc). HOWEVER, my experience using this carbon steel pan was vastly superior. The smooth interior did a great job keeping food from sticking even on the first use. It cooked extremely well, and felt very well-made. It’s lighter in weight than a cast iron pan of similar size which I really liked (similar to a regular pan), and the handle was very comfortable (definitely wear an oven mitt when handling it while cooking though, it does get hot). It washed off beautifully afterwards with a little dish soap and water (picture is after its first use and cleaning). I like when I can put my pans in the dishwasher, this one you cannot, but that’s not something to downgrade the score for, as it’s inherent in the material. I would absolutely purchase more of these in the future in different sizes, it’s just as good as a non-stick pan, seems like it will last much longer, and seemingly safer than Teflon. Fantastic product, and can’t wait to use it more!

The nonstick surface worked flawlessly and even boasts being able to withstand metal utensils. It feels well made and has a nice heft to it. It heated evenly and I love the low sides to make it easier to flip the crepes. I am excited to see what other uses I can find for this pan beyond crepes, maybe some grilled cheese or quesadillas!

The pan is a bit small, but it’s perfect for a couple fried eggs or a serving of scrambled eggs. It does seem to be nonstick. My only complaint (not even bad) is that the handle is thin and flat, so it’s kind of uncomfortable to hold when you’re washing it. Otherwise, it’s great!
