[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this pan was impressive! It's been a while since I've made crepes, but this pan did not disappoint. The nonstick surface worked flawlessly and even boasts being able to withstand metal utensils. It feels well made and has a nice heft to it. It heated evenly and I love the low sides to make it easier to flip the crepes. I am excited to see what other uses I can find for this pan beyond crepes, maybe some grilled cheese or quesadillas!

The fact that it's pre-seasoned is a huge plus—it was ready to use right away, and it handled its first sauté beautifully with even heating and no sticking. It's a great in-between option if you like the performance of cast iron but want something a bit lighter.

It is the perfect replacement for a comparable Bialetti long handled nonstick pan I've had for over a decade that is almost impossible to store. The Bobby Flay by Greenpan 15" Carbon Steel Paella pan feels like a good quality pan. I'm just a little intimidated by the cleaning instructions. It feels like the care is similar to seasoned cast iron. The first picture is right out of the box and the second is after cleaning after the first use. It definitely does not maintain appearance, but it does seem to perform well. I am happy to have it and be able to replace my other pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a decent pan. The small size is good for single items; like a steak or eggs. The handle is long, which I like. It's easy enough to clean but left a slightly residue after the first use. This, however, made the non stick even better. Compared to a cast iron, I'll stick to my cast iron.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this skillet is so high quality i am so impressed. I used this to make steak and i got the perfect sear. I also love that i can put this in the oven. The handle is not the most comfortable but thats okay as long as i can put it in the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Bobby flat carbon steel 8" fry pan! It heats up so fast. I absolutely love the nonstick. it makes clean up so much easier. The handle does heat up, so that's a bummer having no rubber grip. But I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a carbon steel pan like this (I’ve never seen one before), but I think the closest comparison is a Cast iron pan: similar care (don’t leave it soaking in water, make sure it’s dry afterwards, oven-safe, etc). HOWEVER, my experience using this carbon steel pan was vastly superior. The smooth interior did a great job keeping food from sticking even on the first use. It cooked extremely well, and felt very well-made. It’s lighter in weight than a cast iron pan of similar size which I really liked (similar to a regular pan), and the handle was very comfortable (definitely wear an oven mitt when handling it while cooking though, it does get hot). It washed off beautifully afterwards with a little dish soap and water (picture is after its first use and cleaning). I like when I can put my pans in the dishwasher, this one you cannot, but that’s not something to downgrade the score for, as it’s inherent in the material. I would absolutely purchase more of these in the future in different sizes, it’s just as good as a non-stick pan, seems like it will last much longer, and seemingly safer than Teflon. Fantastic product, and can’t wait to use it more!

It heats up quickly and evenly, making it perfect for crepes, omelets, and even quesadillas. The carbon steel surface gives great control and browning while still being easy to clean. It’s lightweight yet durable, and the handle makes flipping and maneuvering simple. I also love the sleek design—it looks professional in the kitchen. This pan has quickly become one of my favorites for both breakfast and light dinners. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of Bobby Flay and the Food Network so I was really excited to receive this from Influenster. The pan is a bit small, but it’s perfect for a couple fried eggs or a serving of scrambled eggs. It does seem to be nonstick. My only complaint (not even bad) is that the handle is thin and flat, so it’s kind of uncomfortable to hold when you’re washing it. Otherwise, it’s great!
