I was extremely impressed my the performance of this generator when I witnessed first hand how well it worked at a friend's 1600sqft home. She was able to run her AC, all the lights, TVs and power her important appliances like refrigerator, deep freeze. It's easy to move around with the built in handle, very sturdy!

Decided to run the generator after work to check things out and run a fridge but noticed that it was leaking gas from the carburetor. Runs totally fine and does all that I need it to but I was disappointed with the original packaging having oil all over it from the store. Purchased one for my family and another for my in-laws after the recent hurricane.

The unit was packaged well and delivered on a pallet. The documentation including detailed manual is laid out clearly. The accessories include everything needed to get it running. Assembly of the wheels was simple. Connected it to propane and it started right up.

Bought generator about a month ago. Read instructions, assembled, added oil and gas, turned the choke and the ignition to “on”, moved outside of shop, hit the starter and she fired-up immediately! Very impressed with quality - not surprised though; I worked in the power plants for 34 years where all of our Westinghouse generators were known for their performance/stability. I’ve lived in Florida all of my life and this purchase was a great addition to my collection for hurricane season preparedness; as well as other various reasons for portable electricity. I highly recommend this unit!

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this model. I like its flexibility - 3 ways to start and 3 options for fuel for a reasonable price. It arrived yesterday and I was able to assemble it myself (I am a 70 year old woman). It was fun! The instructions were clear and the packaging was well-designed.

We bought this generator after Hurricane Beryl. We have a newborn baby and after tons of research a tri-fuel was our only option. Our house is on natural gas so we wanted to be able to use this feature. The shipment came in within a few days. We love everything about it and all the power it fuels our house. We can have everything powered up and running.

We recently purchased this one after 3 day power outage of Houston hurricane. After receiving it, it was easy to assemble and started right up when hooking up to nature gas. It looks very high quality and gives us added comfort that we will be better off when the next power outage comes our way.

Have only run this generator once since owning it. That is when I first got it back in June 21, 2024. It ran 15 minutes to make sure it works. Pulled it out today, July 13th and the generator won’t turn over. Battery is charge, tested with volt meter. Getting 12vdc to and out of solenoid for starter. Very disappointing. Have a 400lb paper weight.

My generator was delivered unscathed and exactly on time as scheduled! Unboxing was super easy and was good that the instructions were directly on top. Glad I read through the “Quick Start” as well as the actual manual though. Assembly was a piece of cake and very quick; just the feet, wheels, and put the battery connections together. Once I added the included oil, I hooked up the propane tank, turned on the correct switches, and it fired right up! The remote was already paired and that tested perfect! Not too loud, yet very powerful!! I’ll update this post once I put a substantial load on it after the 5 hour break-in period and after the first 25 hour oil change. Plan on trying the gasoline and natural gas option soon as well. Very happy with the purchase so far!!

Purchased this generator to replace one that had a lot of issues. Read reviews and decided this is what I needed to help through hurricane season. So far very satisfied with this purchase and how we are using this. Love the three fuel options as getting gasoline after a storm can be a challenge.
