I purchase after the hurricane so that our family wont have to experience this situation again. I have high hope that your WGEN9500TFc will supply my whole house. It look great out the box. Well put together. All the direction and important info in the box.

This generator has everything I was looking for. Tri Fuel means that I can hook up to my houses natural gas. 50 amp outlet means that in a power outage I can still have well water, heat, refrigeration and other essentials. Easy to assemble and operate. Started up on the first try with propane 20lb tank.

I bought this generator in late July 2023. It was easy to assemble wheels and easy to move. It has a remote start which is great. It started right up and ran great. It is a little loud, but has 3 types of fuel in can take and is powerful enough to run our 2 person home. I feel more at ease going it to hurricane season this year.

I bought this for the purpose of keeping my family powered up in the case of a power outage. I like the fact it is tri-fuel to keep options open. I did have one other Westinghouse generator that failed to work, but I'm giving them another chance here. Cannot rate thoroughly as I haven't had the chance to try it out yet.

Brand new. Remote start won't work. Runs good, for a few minutes and then shuts down. I bought this for emergency power outage? These things should have to pass some kind of function testing at the factory and components with a high failure rate be made more reliable. Yes/No?

Setup for generator was very easy with directions. Start up was smooth and flawless. Ran Gen for about 1 hour for break-in cycle on propane. Everything went great. Would had giving it a 5 star rating , but have not powered anything up. The control panel is easy to see and use.

Purchased this Generator in July of 2024. Great generator, can’t beat the price and features that come with the generator. If you live in the city with natural gas, the tri-fuel is a must. You almost never lose natural gas during hurricanes or other natural disasters so you have an unlimited supply of fuel.

Generator won’t start out of the box. Charged battery, filled oil and fill new ethanol free gasoline. The remote is nice hopefully I get the starting issue fixed before I actually need it. Well built machine I’m sure something got loosened up during shipping.

Just got my WGen9500TFc and got pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to set up. Build quality jumps at you when looking at it as well as the accessories and parts included. The wheels have double wheel bearings. It also comes with a remote start and both, the propane line and 25' line for NG.

Bought this about a month ago with the intentions of using it primarily for backup power supply. I would have left 5stars but have not had the chance to use it. This item has all the features and capabilities that I was looking for in a generator at this price.
