Just received and based on other reviews I am excited for our future. After the Beryl debacle we couldn't even escape to a hotel as none had power. I ordered the Tri fuel and hopefully now prepared for any time of outage year round. This is highly recommended and the review sold me. Get it if you can!

I bought this after my 2 hunting partners purchased the same model to power their campers throughout the season. The remote start feature is great on cold/rainy mornings when I don’t want to go outside to fire it up. I like the idea of the tri-fuel and dual amp system. I can use it for my smaller hunting camper or our family 5th wheel.

Great little generator. Easy to put together. One small problem. No quick disconnect fitting on natural gas hose. Had to order fittings from local plumbing supply house. Once I had fittings to adapt hose to my existing natural gas line starting up right away. Works good so far.

i got this about 1 month ago. I run it on natural gas. set up was very easy. started right up Runs the whole house. Haven't tried the a/c yet . I have a work shop and it ran 2 240 volt heavy duty machines at once plus my household appliances. Heat ,stove, and water heater are gas.so no problem. I would not try to run my machines, the a/c and dryer at one time, but one at a time will probably work. I haven't had it long ,but so far seems like a good purchase .

This generator is awesome. It was perfect for us after our hurricane left us with our power for a week. We didn’t have to get gas because we were able to hook it up to our gas line to the house. It powered our giant fridge, an ac unit, some lights and power outlets. It got us through the week. Big big help.

We have been shopping for a very long time for a generator that uses 3 different types of fuel at a reasonable price with good reviews. We definitely found that in this unit! We haven't had to use it yet, but we have tried it out while setting it up and are very pleased so far!

We just went through six days without power from Hurricane Beryl. We had to stay at daughter's house as they have a generator. We told ourselves that we'll get one. After thorough research, we settled on Westinghouse 9500 TriFuel for multiple fuel options. We just received it and we'll get it through the break-in. We had a power inlet box installed. We still have a small tank of propane gas. Next would be to get a plumber to install a natural gas connection.

This generator is right off the factory floor. Simple to assemble and came with everything needed for immediate operation (minus fuel). It even came with oil to add but shipped dry for storage until needed. Simple to assemble as I'm a disabled vet and did it in my kitchen using the cardboard in the box to hold it up as I attached the legs and wheels on my own. Didn't break a sweat for something almost 300 lbs and it's designed to move easily. I'm impressed with the simplicity of the design as I'm also a technician for diesel and heavy equipment and don't see any complex or complicated design anywhere that I'll have to worry about. It's even pretty, in my opinion!

Ok couldn’t wait to open wife’s gift till Christmas. Unbelievable solid build, manual was very well written and went into detail on which fuel ( gasoline, propane, natural gas) provided the best hours of operation and how to figure the appliances electric usage so you stay below the maximum output. Honestly hope I rarely use the generator but living on a river that has flooded will keep our sump pumps and freezers working until electricity comes back on.

I bought this for the purpose of keeping my family powered up in the case of a power outage. I like the fact it is tri-fuel to keep options open. I did have one other Westinghouse generator that failed to work, but I'm giving them another chance here. Cannot rate thoroughly as I haven't had the chance to try it out yet.
