Bought 2 weeks ago happy but worked good until I shut it off and can't get the power back on when I start it now checked all breakers

Bought this a couple months ago after a power outage this unit fired right up out of the box and runs everything that I need to run

I bought this generator in May because I didn't want to be caught in a power outage this hurricane season. Sure enough Beryl came through and I was well prepared for it. This generator powered two refrigerators, one chest freezer, and two portable a/c units with no problem. And it is quieter than I expected.

Ordered this on august 29 with a delivery date of 9/1. Finally received 9/14. No damage in shipment, easy to understand and follow directions. Had it running in half an hour. Quiet while running Overall very satisfied and would recommend to anyone. Quality was of manufacture was excellent.

Our family witnessed the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. We moved to the area, and having a quality generator can be a lifesaver. The Westinghouse WGen9500TFc was recommended for our new home by professional electricians. As always, hopefully having a generator is insurance you'll never need. In the event of a disaster, our family can have piece of mind that our new Westinghouse generator will bridge the gap during a prolonged power outage.

I bought this after a prolonged power outage (5 days) due to a hurricane. I have run the unit for a few winutes and the start-p and operation is very reliable. I have not yet had to run this for a real life power outage so i do not know the long term performance

Had been considering a portable generator for whole home backup since the 2021 freeze and finally decided it was time after this year’s derecho. Not two months later it was put to use after a hurricane. I was pleased with its performance once I figured out the fuel selector knob was stripped (still waiting on a replacement). Thankfully a monkey wrench did the trick. Overall no regrets, except maybe I should have gone with the 11500.

Just got this open today, put wheels on and added oil, hooked up propane it started on the second try, ran house for an hour, seemed to work well except my back up power supplies did not like the power from the generator completely, kept setting off alarm on it. Also ran generator on gasoline for 15 minutes added fuel stabilizer seemed to work fine to.

I was amazed on how well it was packaged for delivery. Great looking unit. Unfortunately I haven't had to use it, since I received it due to several hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico. Will definitely get a plumber to hook up a gas line to my generator.

Bought this in December of 2023, but did not have to use until today. Power went out, so I drug this out and it fired right up on natural gas for about an hour. Ran it on propane when I first got it just to see it run. Powered my well pump refrigerator, freezer, AHU, and misc. The air conditioning compressor did not start, but I just wanted to see if it would run. No big deal. The pic of the remote shows its condition upon arrival. It was shipped clipped to the main circuit breaker and got scratched from bouncing on the service generator LED. I notified the manufacturer when registering it, but do not remember receiving a reply other than an automated acknowledgement.
