Bought it last month and thankfully have not had to use yet, but hurricane season is blooming. Excited about TriFuel options, compact size, folding handle, battery start. The day I hooked up, I had some old gas/fuel and did not want to use. So I hooked up my Grill Propane Canister & VOILA, it purred. Have decided to go Propane, for safety, and will get my first 100 lb tank this week. If all goes as expected, I will get a second 100 lb tank, to add to my four 20 lb cans. Other advantages with propane, is I wont be filling and hauling 8 - 10 5 gal cans of gas annually, and having use, whether a storm or not, and get fresh gas before next season.

I bought this for a spare Generator for my home backup. Very nice compared to my Honda knockoff DuroMax which is a pretty good generator also, though this one has more features and comes complete. Haven't used it for backup yes, only started it with Propane.

Just arrived and looks great can't wait to assemble the wheels and add my oil and hook up my propain tank . It has everything I'm looking for in 1 unit. All I have to purchase now is a transfer switch also a cord . May have a follow up review once I'm done .

I bot the WGen10500 and it ran perfect for a 30 hour break in, Unfortunately, it was stolen before I wrote down the serial #. So, I bot another but ordered the WGen9500. It's running now on natural gas for a break in period adding little loads gradually. Great running machine! The automatic choke is amazing. Thank You, Henry Boenning

I purchased for upcoming hurricane season, great generator, powerful. I have a pressure washer also from Westinghouse and engine is awesome. This one is twice+ the size. Have not put into full use yet, but worked and ran great right out of the box like you would expect. Highly recommended. Great price!

I bought this after having a long term power outage and wanted a generator that could run on multiple fuel types. We have not had another power outtage since but this unit will allow for my whole house to run as if we didnt lose power. I have done several test runs with it and it performed great. The quality of the unit seemed great as well. Lots of power for a reasonable price. I'd recommend it so far.

I bought this for an emergency I hope never occurs. I anticipated that it might be too heavy for just one man to set up, but I was wrong. Lifting it off the ground onto a few 2x4's allowed installation of the 2 wheels, and from then on it was a breeze. It fired up immediately and I was impressed by the power output which will be adequate to power the refrigerator, lights, and a small window a/c in the hot difficult days without electricity that follow a major storm.

Have only run this generator once since owning it. That is when I first got it back in June 21, 2024. It ran 15 minutes to make sure it works. Pulled it out today, July 13th and the generator won’t turn over. Battery is charge, tested with volt meter. Getting 12vdc to and out of solenoid for starter. Very disappointing. Have a 400lb paper weight.

I purchased this Tri Fuel generator to give us lots of options. It was very easy to get my plumber to create a connection to the gas main line at the house. My only suggestion is for the included gas hose to have a quick connect for each side, not just to the generator.

Probably the best bang for your buck short of buying a whole home generator. I unboxed it, put the feet and wheels on, added oil and gasoline, connected the battery, flipped the battery on and pushed the Start button...and boom! It started right up.
