After spending a few days without power because of Hurricane Beryl, we decided we needed a generator. We haven’t needed it it yet, but it seems very well built and small enough that it doesn’t take up too much space, but with plenty of power to run the things we want. I purchased this generator to replace a smaller 5500 unit I had to run the essentials of the house in case of power outages. I was pleasantly surprised to find this model with all the features you could want on a portable generator at as low of a price as it was. Not only that, but it is one of only a handful that can support 3 fuel types. My home has a natural gas connection outside for a grill already so hooking this unit up was not only simple, but could save me from refueling trips to the gas station in the event of a prolonged power outage. It also comes with all the accessories for a propane tank so if I have a spare one laying around I could even use that! I will be looking forward to several years of use from this product!

I just purchased in November 2024, I have not used it yet as intended. I will hook it up to a 50amp wall plug installed by an electrician once it is done. It has some great features, I love the build quality and the option to use propane. This is my first generator with a battery start, I will enjoy that feature as I am not as young as I used to be. This should be plenty of power for my needs.

I plan to get a manual transfer switch and a 50 AMP breaker so I can attach this directly to a sub panel to provide power to my entire 1500 sq ft house.

I bought this generator last month and have been very pleased with the performance. I like that it is electric start, has a lot of great features, plenty of places to plug in and most of all supports multiple types of fuel. One of my main reasons for upgrading is that it has plenty of power, is easy for anyone in my family to operate. We lose power a lot where we live and this has been a great upgrade to our previous unit. I can honestly highly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a new generator. this is a great product and at the price of 1080 after tax for a tri fuel you cant beat that. I have done many review searches as well as asking people about this product and absolutely no complaints cant wait to use at deer lease wit gas and home use on natural gas.

The generator was shipped on a very sturdy custom pallet, and arrived in good shape. It started easily using the included NG hose. After transferring to generator power, I checked various circuits in the home, including the garage door opener, power tools in the shop, etc., everything worked OK. I'm glad I bought this generator.
