I was amazed on how well it was packaged for delivery. Great looking unit. Unfortunately I haven't had to use it, since I received it due to several hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico. Will definitely get a plumber to hook up a gas line to my generator.

I choose this generator over Duramax because of the accessories it came with(25ft natural gas hose,LPG/Propane hose, battery charger,spark plug wrench and an assembly wrench). This is my 2nd Westinghouse generator, I purchased a WGEN5500 7 years ago and it still starts and run like new, I just needed one with more capacity and different fuel options. Installed wheels , feet, added the oil that was included and charged battery. Still reading the manual to make sure I understand all of the features before actually using it.

I am very happy with this product. When I tried to program the fob after receiving it, I was unable to do. I then called and the lady was able to walk me through step for step to solve my problem. She was very helpful in answering any and all questions I had. I feel that this is a very good unit for the price.

We recently purchased this one after 3 day power outage of Houston hurricane. After receiving it, it was easy to assemble and started right up when hooking up to nature gas. It looks very high quality and gives us added comfort that we will be better off when the next power outage comes our way.

This is an update to a previous review. I initially had difficulty with the first startup of the generator. Westinghouse support helped me to resolve my issue. I am now completely satisfied, in fact delighted, with the my generator. I am an older person and would have difficulty with traditional pull start motors. The electric start is a blessing. Runs great.

This generator was very easy to set up, and is simple to operate. I did get help in setting it up, but appreciate that it will be simple to operate going forward, which is an important feature for a novice user like me. I like the option of using any of 3 fuel types.

I bot the WGen10500 and it ran perfect for a 30 hour break in, Unfortunately, it was stolen before I wrote down the serial #. So, I bot another but ordered the WGen9500. It's running now on natural gas for a break in period adding little loads gradually. Great running machine! The automatic choke is amazing. Thank You, Henry Boenning

I purchased this to replace a good-running portable generator that we've been using for emergency whole-home backup during a power outage. The old one had low hours, but we needed a more powerful generator to work with our well. Being tri-fuel, this generator makes it very convenient for us now that we can hook right up to our natural gas supply line at the house -- no more running to the gas station during a power outage. The build quality seems to be excellent.

I am so impressed with this generator with the easy push button start. I love that I am able to run my entire house with this powerful machine and chose the fuel with the tri fuel figure. I am most impressed with the sound it's so much quieter than I expected. My neighbor liked it so must he went and purchase one also. The running hours gauge is fantastic in reminding me when I need to change the oil and other maintenance that is needed, it's so loaded with features. Very happy with this purchase!
