I've had the fridge for about four or five years now. There has been great consistency with its service, no issues. I think I had a little issue in the beginning, but it was an easy fix. Also, I like that the filters aren't that expensive as well.

It's also whisper quiet - I could tell the difference despite my old model being just 3 years old. I was also impressed by how quickly the fridge cooled down from room temperature in FL to opersting temps in the cooler and freezer areas. The shelves are well organized and there's plenty of space in the door. This allows for you to separate the types of food effectively and make it easy to find. Having a lockable drawer for alcohol is a subtle but very practical utility that differentiates this fridge from others. The smart features of the fridge are great once you get used to your appliance being on the WiFi network. Looks amazing as well and will fit with almost any kitchen decor and style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, my fridge is keeping my food fresh and it keeps everything organized. There's plenty of room and I like the layout of the shelves and drawers. It's easy to find the drinks and condiments since they stay on the door shelves. The fridge has multiple drawers to fit all my produce and cheese. I was able to adjust one shelf so that large items like my pot of soup would be able to fit on the shelf. The pull out freezer also gives lots of space but I don't use the top pull out drawer or ice maker in the freezer. This is because it's kind of a hassle to open and I would forget what I put in there if I used it. The outside of the fridge stays very clean looking and I'm glad there are no smudges. The doors open easier than my old fridge and close easier too. The fridge is very quiet compared to my old fridge. I like the simple look of the front without having an ice maker or screen. It would have been nice if the fridge was a few inches wider and less deep so that it would be more countertop depth.

But I also didn't want to compromise on storage space, so this 25 cu ft fridge was the perfect compromise. I can open the fridge and fill it too! I am also electrifying my house while slowly moving in, so the AI energy saving feature helps me lower energy consumption when I don't need it to work hard, better understand how my fridge usage effects my total electricity use, and helps me control it more efficiently. The All-Around cooling is something I have been very impressed by, both with the Samsung fridge at my old apartment as well as this one: it cools the fridge evenly and I have not seen any condensation or ice buildup on either the freezer or the fridge compartments. Connecting to the SmartThings app was a breeze, and I love being able to change settings on my phone and not have to open the door, and it tells me if the door is open or closed! All in all I am excited to have found a fridge that can fix my problems without having to compromise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced my existing Samsung, and although my old unit was larger, this one has is many improvements. First and foremost, the ice maker is now in a freezer, and produces much larger cubes, in a convenient location in the freezer drawer. The refrigerator and freezer section have deep shelves with lots of space for storage, including the storage space on the double doors. The door open chime is pleasant and will eventually flash the light if the door remains open. One new feature for me was being able to have the fridge send a text when the water filter needs changing. One designed aspect I did like was not having much flexibility with shelf locations. Only the middle shelves can be raised or lowered and only one choice at that. This manufacturer does make some smart shelf options, some that tilt, and some that retract. It would have been nice to have that option here. Lastly, this model does not have a water dispenser. That wasn't an issue for me but something to be kept in mind if it's a requirement for others.

I also love the dairy/ veggie drawer near the bottom of the fridge because it’ll keep my food fresher for longer. The ice machine is so convenient and perfect for my morning iced coffees! I love that it’s an automatic ice maker because I don’t have to worry about refilling or running out. The AI energy mode on the SmartThings app allows me to ensure that I am most efficiently using my fridge and not over-spending on my electrical bill. I also love the inside depth of the fridge because it gives more space for food storage. Overall, it’s a great appliance and looks good too!
