[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been enjoying the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and honestly it’s been a dream and real good so far. First thing I liked was how clean and modern it look in my kitchen. I’ve never owned stainless steel appliances before. The inside got a lot of room and fits way more groceries than my old fridge did. I like how the shelves can move around because it makes it easier to fit bigger stuff. I went grocery shopping and purchased 4 juices, orange juice and a gallon of milk and it all fit on one shelf. I’m super excited. The cooling has been really good too, everything stay cold and fresh longer. The drawers keep fruits and veggies nice and crisp. I love that hidden slide out drawer where I put my bacon cheese and lunch meat in. One feature I really like a lot is the all-around cooling because it keeps the whole fridge same temperature. My drinks get cold fast and food don’t spoil quick. The bottom freezer got good space too and slides easy. I also like the bright LED light inside because you can actually see everything. The door open reminder is super helpful because if somebody leaves it cracked too long it starts beeping, so food don’t go bad. That feature saved me a couple times already. It runs pretty quiet too, barely hear it at night. I’m still reading the instructions because I want to know every detail and feature of my new refrigerator. So far I’m happy with it and I’m very grateful to have it in my house.

There's plenty of room and I like the layout of the shelves and drawers. It's easy to find the drinks and condiments since they stay on the door shelves. The fridge has multiple drawers to fit all my produce and cheese. I was able to adjust one shelf so that large items like my pot of soup would be able to fit on the shelf. The pull out freezer also gives lots of space but I don't use the top pull out drawer or ice maker in the freezer. This is because it's kind of a hassle to open and I would forget what I put in there if I used it. The outside of the fridge stays very clean looking and I'm glad there are no smudges. The doors open easier than my old fridge and close easier too. The fridge is very quiet compared to my old fridge. I like the simple look of the front without having an ice maker or screen. It would have been nice if the fridge was a few inches wider and less deep so that it would be more countertop depth.

But I also didn’t want to compromise on storage space, so this 25 cu ft fridge was the perfect compromise. I can open the fridge and fill it too! I am also electrifying my house while slowly moving in, so the AI energy saving feature helps me lower energy consumption when I don’t need it to work hard, better understand how my fridge usage effects my total electricity use, and helps me control it more efficiently. The All-Around cooling is something I have been very impressed by, both with the Samsung fridge at my old apartment as well as this one: it cools the fridge evenly and I have not seen any condensation or ice buildup on either the freezer or the fridge compartments. Connecting to the SmartThings app was a breeze, and I love being able to change settings on my phone and not have to open the door, and it tells me if the door is open or closed! All in all I am excited to have found a fridge that can fix my problems without having to compromise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. The fridge is a bit smaller than the standard that we wanted but due to sizing we purchased the counter. Overall it is a great fridge, and we love the features. Only complaint is that it is not a quiet fridge.

The stainless steel finish stays smudge free, the doors open smoothly, and the cooling performance has been consistently reliable. It keeps everything cold, the layout works well for everyday use, and the smart features like AI Energy Mode are a nice bonus. Yes, the drawers stick a little and the freezer is heavier to pull open, but honestly, these quirks don’t bother me much. They’re noticeable, but they don’t affect how well the fridge actually works. The ice bin sits low, which can be a bit awkward, but again, it’s a small thing in the bigger picture. Overall, this is a good, solid refrigerator with a great look and dependable performance. Not perfect, but definitely gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced my existing Samsung, and although my old unit was larger, this one has is many improvements. First and foremost, the ice maker is now in a freezer, and produces much larger cubes, in a convenient location in the freezer drawer. The refrigerator and freezer section have deep shelves with lots of space for storage, including the storage space on the double doors. The door open chime is pleasant and will eventually flash the light if the door remains open. One new feature for me was being able to have the fridge send a text when the water filter needs changing. One designed aspect I did like was not having much flexibility with shelf locations. Only the middle shelves can be raised or lowered and only one choice at that. This manufacturer does make some smart shelf options, some that tilt, and some that retract. It would have been nice to have that option here. Lastly, this model does not have a water dispenser. That wasn't an issue for me but something to be kept in mind if it's a requirement for others.
