1. the look - sleek design and fancy finish
2. the space - that freezer though
3. the app - convenience and info (and opened my eyes to Samsung Food 👀)
4. the features - LED control panel and energy saving
5. the alarm - when the door is open too long
6. the lamp - large, for safer night time snacking
7. the doors - both sides open and close without issue
8. the finish - it's fingerprint-proof 

Things I don't love:
1. I don't have matching appliances- or any for that matter
2. the water line has no slack - 2 inches too short 🥲
