[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This French Door refrigerator is a dream. It completes our now all-Samsung kitchen and I could not be happier. Large brightly lit interior has adjustable glass shelves that are so easy to clean, and the doors are chock full of shelving/bins perfect for condiments and beverages. There is a great pull our drawer that is the width of the fridge, but shallow. Perfect for cheeses, cold cuts, bacon and all those flat pack items that would normally get 'buried' and lost. Two good size crisper drawers complete the storage capabilities of the refrigerator part. The water filter is located right on the front of the interior making filter changes easy. The Freezer has two easy slide put bin with lots of room and an ice basket for bulk ice production. I really like the hinged handle on the freezer, it makes it much easier to open the freezer- no jerking or tugging required. The exterior water/ice dispenser is tall enough for your huge water bottles and dispense bot ice cubes and crushed ice. Great exterior design and finish, the stainless steel is lovely and seems to not be easily 'finger printed'. Door hinges swing easily and quietly. Speaking of quiet: this is the quietest fridge I have ever had. You cannot tell when the compressor kicks in, and even ice drops into the bucket are quiet enough the doggos don't notice. We keep thermometers in the fridge and freezer and both have held the temperature steady despite lots of opening and closing. I am really enjoying the fridge, it is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung refrigerator purchase, and I am even happier with this model. I chose the counter depth model and it fits perfectly. There are some great features that this fridge has that really stand out. First of all, it has a large capacity and I am able to neatly organize all the items I store in it. I also really appreciate the external water dispenser which is tall enough to accommodate all water bottles, including my gigantic sports bottle. And finally, there is plenty of ice made with this unit so I don’t have to worry about ever running out. Overall very pleased and so far it’s been very dependable to keep everything nice and cool on top and frozen in the freezer.

First of all, the design is so clean and modern. It truly elevates the whole space. The water and ice dispenser on the outside of the door is one of my favorite features because it’s so convenient and easy to use throughout the day. Inside, it’s surprisingly spacious and organized in a way that actually makes everything easy to find. No more losing things in the back! I also love the digital display because it’s super easy to read and makes adjusting settings feel quick and intuitive. Overall, it’s the perfect mix of style and functionality, and it’s made such a difference in my day-to-day routine. Definitely one of those upgrades you notice and appreciate every single day.

Its very convenient to be able to control everything from my phone so i cann chill the freezer or fridge before i get home to make everything a bit colder. Plenty of space and easily adjustable shelves. After first setup it will take a little bit for the water to get all the way through the lines, maybe two or three minutes you will have to hold the cup there. Make sure you dump the first 5 cups of water, i did it until it wasn't cloudy and just dumped them into a plant. I also dumped the first 2 ice batches. The door opening is very low profile and smooth, you can open either side and then close either side. Everything fits well in the fridge and the shelving is very adjustable to allow you to customize how you want it. Just make sure you level the fridge with the screw feet so that it doesn't slide on you and you can make the fridge flush with a wall or cabinaye and the side of the fridge can practically touch the wall and still open. The water is very clean and fresh and dispenses a full cup in about 20 seconds. Being able to use the app is superuseful to turn the ice maker on/off, lock the water or adjust the temperatures. Its also nice that you can put the fridge or freezer into deep chill or freeze modes if you add food that needs to get cold fast. Its very cool being able to see the common times the fridge is used, how long its open for dueing the day and the energy usage aswell as the energy savings it provides. Normal ice dispenses great and will fill up a cup very fast. The freezer ice dispenser is also fast and if you want you can turn that off and use the space for extra freezer storage.

It’s incredibly spacious without feeling overwhelming, and the layout is thoughtfully designed so there’s truly a place for everything. No more digging around or forgetting what’s in the back—every inch of space is usable and easy to access. It does exactly what you need it to do, and does it well—keeping cold food perfectly chilled and frozen items solidly frozen without any inconsistency. The temperature control is reliable, which gives me peace of mind, especially when storing fresh groceries. What really stands out is how the design eliminates wasted or awkward space. Everything feels intentional, from the shelving to the compartments, making organization simple and efficient. Surprisingly fabulous perks were the oversized in-door water and ice dispenser that is big enough for my 40oz tumbler AND the large ice bin in the freezer. We will definitely not run out of ice this summer like we used to with our old refrigerator. If you’re looking for a refrigerator that combines smart design with dependable performance, this one is absolutely worth it.

Everybody at the house seems to enjoy their ice in different ways so having the option cube crushed and the bigger cubes in the pullout freezer things a whole lot easier. The stacked drawer design of the freezer thanks for example space for the girls ice cream and Dino nuggets. Overall, very happy with my purchase and look forward to the quietness this new fridge brings to the kitchen.

I love how beautiful and big it is and it fits perfectly to my counter space so it made my kitchen space look bigger. The fridge is so spacious, it fits so many things which is great for my family of 5. The door drawers are sturdy and very pretty, but they fit so many things so its easy to organize. The drawers for the fruits and veggies are well made to help keep everything fresh for longer times. The freezer is also amazing and holds a good amount of stuff. I would say for me it is a little small amount of space because I like to have extra meat and things I need in my freezer but I do have a deep freezer so for me this isn't an issue. The freezer is very good and stays at a great temperature to help keep all my items frozen. I also love the Ice and water feature, it has an extra ice compartment on the bottom so for me its great because we go thru a lot of Ice. The water filter is good, it makes the water taste like fresh water. I will say when I first receieved the fridge I was a little worried because it was leaking water from the ice dispenser but it was only while the Ice started freezing over, once that happened the leak stopped so don't be frightened if it happens. If your looking for a new fridge this is definitely recommended.

The French door design is fantastic, and the side door bins are perfect for organizing condiments and smaller items. I also love how easy it is to access and replace the water filter. The glass shelves are a major upgrade over the plastic ones in our previous fridge and feel much more durable. Additionally, the wide storage drawers make it incredibly easy to see exactly what we have on hand. The freezer is just as impressive: the deep compartments allow me to neatly separate meats on one side and vegetables on the other, while the top sliding drawer makes it super convenient to reach treats like ice cream. Best of all, the smudge-proof finish is a lifesaver—I no longer have to constantly wipe away messy fingerprints!
