[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge to replace a 10-year-old side-by-side unit from a different manufacturer. The new Samsung unit offers much more space (29.5 cu. ft. vs 25.5 cu ft.) with a slightly smaller footprint AND has a logical layout inside the refrigeration compartment. The motor is super quiet and the only thing we hear is the icemaker dumping out its product. With WiFi, you can configure the fridge and temperatures, plus adding a schedule for the icemaker to be off at night. Recommend that purchasers use the "Turbo" feature when the unit is first installed to bring the interiors down to desired temperatures as quickly as possible. We also love the zero-clearance door feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just set up and configured refrigerator And so far so good. No issues or problems. It only took a few hours for the temperature in the freezer and refrigerator to get to proper levels. Very impressed with that. Connected to our Wi-Fi which was an easy connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this fridge! There's lots of space, lots of ice, it's beautiful and sleek! My tall cups fit in the water/ice space without leaning the cup! It's easy to setup with WiFi as well! We strongly recommend!

Doesn't cool well and icealer never worked even after hooking it up itales an irritating beeping noise if doors are left open longer than 20 seconds and u don't have the option to disable the feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this refrigerator. We got the counter depth model, but the storage inside rivals that of standard models. And it looks fantastic. The fact that it makes three types of ice is just the cherry on top. Well done, Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since my old fridge stopped working I have been looking for a new one and this one really caught my eye and I can for sure say I do not regret this purchase. The different ice modes and the cooling and the AI features that connects with the app are really helpful and definitely a lot of space for its size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am loving my Samsung Refrigerator. It was easy to get started and cooled down quickly. I can't even hear it running. I love the spacing in the refrigerator. Definitely love counter depth. The water despenser on the front allows enough room for different size cups to pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A stellar kitchen upgrade! This ice maker is a total game-changer. It churns out crystal-clear cubes at an impressive speed, so I never have to worry about running out during family dinners or hosting friends. The bin capacity is surprisingly spacious, and the dispensing mechanism is smooth without any annoying jamming or loud grinding noises. It fits seamlessly into the freezer setup, and the cubes are the perfect size—not too big, not too small. If you are tired of dealing with old, slow, or leaky ice trays, this is definitely worth every penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is beautiful and sleek. We had a specific need for zero-clearance doors and this fit the bill perfectly. I love that it has three different ice shapes, plus two areas to retrieve the ice. It cooled down to the appropriate temperature very quickly so we were able to use it soon after delivery. The capacity is perfect for our large family as well.
