The all around cooling feature allows us to place more perishable items anywhere in the fridge without worry of warm spots. The SmartThings app is a great feature that allows you to monitor temperature and energy usage. The ability to create craft ice is a great feature. The process is relatively quick as well.

I love the spacing in the refrigerator. Definitely love counter depth. The water despenser on the front allows enough room for different size cups to pictures.

The different ice modes and the cooling and the AI features that connects with the app are really helpful and definitely a lot of space for its size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge to replace a 10-year-old side-by-side unit from a different manufacturer. The new Samsung unit offers much more space (29.5 cu. ft. vs 25.5 cu ft.) with a slightly smaller footprint AND has a logical layout inside the refrigeration compartment. The motor is super quiet and the only thing we hear is the icemaker dumping out its product. With WiFi, you can configure the fridge and temperatures, plus adding a schedule for the icemaker to be off at night. Recommend that purchasers use the "Turbo" feature when the unit is first installed to bring the interiors down to desired temperatures as quickly as possible. We also love the zero-clearance door feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The interior design needs some work. The shelf height is an issue as it won't fit a standard 2liter bottle. It fits in the door but then the soda get constantly shaken around when opening and shutting the doors. Also adjust trys in the door would have been better than what someone else thought would work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good product. The biggest problem I have are the doors they don't open up all the way like other refrigerators. They only open straight out not folding back making it hard to remove the glass shelving and drawers to remove plastic from shipping and the indoor icemaker is hard to remove to dump the ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality. Presets for fridge and freezer were preset to Intl standards (0 & 37F). A huge glaring design defect is that the shelf spacing won't hold standard size items such as a wine bottle or soda bottle. The result is that one is forced to store opened bottles in the door to avoid leaks. Only 5/16” additional spacing between shelves would have made the difference! Poor field-testing. So far I'm happy. Going to reserve judgment on the spring-loaded center seal between the French doors; a likely place for air leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent refrigerator, replaced our old LG. I cannot figure out the AI features, but found running it through Samsung app convenient. Cooling is good. Found that doors need a bit more push to clos compared to what I am used to, but it's not a big deal. We Top icemaker takes too much room, but maybe we need to get used to the new layout compared to that LG. Overall the appliance works as intended. There is nothing wrong with its design or performance of intended function (we had it for 10 days now).l

I’m beyond frustrated with the refrigerator I purchased one year ago. There was a spill on the bottom shelf. The owners manual doesn’t explain how to remove this shelf. Fortunately, I found a tutorial on YouTube. However, the process requires using 2 opposing screwdrivers on the pedestal of the shelf. Needless to say, it was extremely difficult. But that wasn’t the end! Once the shelf is released the glass must be removed by pressing the tabs in ON THE BACK of the glass. This was no easy task either. My husband used needle nosed pliers unsuccessfully and then a third sized screw driver. This BEYOND frustrating experience took an hour to complete. I would love an explanation of why this is such a complicated process. I will certainly NEVER buy another refrigerator without a full inspection of how to clean it.
