It's nice to look at, doesn't overstimulate me with the messy ice maker and water maker in the door. My toddler cannot press the water button and make messes all over the floor like before. I am obsessed with the taller water refill station! It fits all my water bottles with ZERO issue. My kitchen layout is a little different where my fridge fits between a built in and the main door to the garage. It was a tight fit. So with it being the counter depth design, with the zero clearance doors it made it so easy to open in a tight spot in our kitchen. The layout inside is spacious and easy to organize! I do wish it had two sides that could lift up for taller bottles. I love the ice machine too, it doesn't give out as much ice as I want but I think it's learning our ice usage and giving us more and more daily. The smart features are there but not in your face it's nice knowing the fridge is energy efficient and has the all around temperature control which is very cool. I do not know how it has AI Features though. There is nothing I see that is AI unless it's in the way the fridge itself works. I have an issue with my water coming out the first few weeks and it came out very fast and not a steady stream, but hoping the filter just needs more time to clear though. Overall, it feels like a solid upgrade. Love the design, and way it fits in my builder grade space. I'm excited to post more pictures soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI 29 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator has been an amazing upgrade for my kitchen. My family no longer have to worry about whether the refrigerator door are fully closed , and the removable shelves make cleaning incredibly easy. The interior water dispenser is a great feature that give the refrigertor a sleek, mordern look. I use to worry about buying too much food, but with this refrigertor it has plenty room to keep up with my family needs. The automatic ice maker works very well. we use a lot of ice in my household, and it consistently produces more than enough for us. Both the refrigerator and freezer maintain consistent temperature, and i've notice that our fruits and vegetables last much longer since we started using this refrigerator. Surprisingly this refrigerator is easy to move it fits perfect into my kitchen.

There is an app that controls all the functions of the refrigerator although you do not need to use it you can do it all manually.

We replaced a Samsung side by side fridge that came with our house when we bought it - the manufacture date was 2008! 18 years and was still running fine, but a few glitches were starting to happen with ice maker and water dispenser. Plus, we wanted to upgrade the sphere ice. I was sold on Samsung. What appliance lasts 18 years anymore? I hope this one is just as reliable.

I added scanned the QR code and added it to my Smart-things app. This helps me with receiving notifications if the fridge was left open and/warnings about the fridge. Very easy to set up. My husband set up the water supply to the fridge with the new water hose that came with the fridge. The fridge came with an informative booklet, that has helpful information. I love the size and the look of the fridge. I never had a bottom freezer before. The ice machine in it is great. I like that I can see everything organized, and I can see all the food in the freezer. The fridge area, I can see everything in the fridge area too. The doors are great - everything looks so good, large shelves, easy-to-use drawers, and easy-to-use controls for temperatures in the freezer and fridge areas. There is a filter that should be replaced. There is an alarm for the door if you accidentally leave it open. I love the fact that it has the water filling station in the inside left door, and it can hold the large water bottles. This is a plus for me because we always have the larger fillable water bottles that we use on a daily. My son really loves this feature as well as the ice cubes. This is definitely one of the best things about the fridge that he loves. There is a nice bright light that lights up when you open the doors. There is also a door stopper along the left door that you can use to prop open the door. There is another great feature that I love, there is a drawer that I use for lunch meat and cheese that is under the two regular drawers, this is for my husband to use because he would normally use the side shelves for this. But now we have a large drawer to hold everything, which is so much better. I love the fact that it is closer to my counters, which gives me much more space in my kitchen. I am so happy with this fridge/freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke, model RF70H30KERAA, is a fantastic upgrade to our kitchen. It's sleek, and fits nicely in the space, it's very nice how much closer to the wall it sits, compared to our previous refrigerator. The inside of the fridge is top notch, the water dispenser, in the left hand door is a pretty amazing feat, it takes up practically no space, and you wouldn't even know the fridge had this hidden feature. My only complaint is the little shelf is not stable enough to place a vessel on to fill, you must hold the vessel the entire time, but you can rest it upon the ledge, making the vessel easier to hold as it gets heavier during filling. The shelves are made of glass, and are very easy to clean and move, one of the shelves can even be manupliated to fold under to make room for bigger or taller items. There are 2 decently sized drawers, and a large shallow drawer which spans the size of the fridge, we have found it quite useful for yogurts, string cheese, and products of that nature. The doors of the fridge provide ample storage as well, it's crazy how much we have in them and there is still room. The fridge itself holds so much more then our previous model, while being 3 inches taller and 1 inch wider. There is a nice light up display panel on the right hand side, which displays the temperature and some controls, I appreciate it's lower placement, as it's easy for my short self to reach. The doors close very quietly, the handles are nice and easy to grab. The freezer has a handle which pulls up a bit when you open it and it just feels like you don't have to use much effort, which is nice. On the left hand of the upper part of the freezer there is an ice maker, it makes ice on a schedule which can be set using an app. The upper part of the freezer slides and there is a bigger storage area underneath, again the amount of items you can fit in here is pretty mind blowing, especially since you have an ice maker too. I am overly happy with my purchase and appreciate the thought and craftsmanship put into the fridge. My only complaint is we did get dented doors and we had to go back and forth quite a bit to get anyone to do anything, so my advice, have them unwrap it outside first thing, before they remove your old fridge and refuse it, if damaged, because, I spent a month trying to get a resolution, the delivery company was not at fault, and were completely wonderful, and even orginally reported the damage for us. I highly recommend them as well.

They were professional, clean, and efficient, and even went the extra mile by moving our old fridge into the garage for us without any hassle. As for the fridge itself, it's fantastic. There's a ton of storage space, and everything is laid out in a way that just makes sense. I especially love how wide the doors open and actually stay in place—you don't have to worry about them swinging shut on you while you're grabbing things, which is a small detail that makes a big difference day-to-day. The interior water dispenser is super easy to use (and keeps the outside looking sleek), and the ice maker works great—producing clean, compact ice that fits perfectly into tighter water bottles. If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be the size of the veggie drawers—they're perfectly fine for a household of three or less, but could feel a bit limited for larger families. Overall, this fridge delivers on both form and function. Highly recommend.

Also, the water dispenser dispenses water really fast, especially compared to my old refrigerator! It also has plenty of room to fill my 40oz Stanley with ease. It also produces ice rather quickly so i always have some on hand. I definitely will be telling all my friends about it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this new fridge in the house for a month and love it. It keeps our food and drinks ice cold, and has a lot of room to store things in. Unlike the other fridge, we can put in up to three weeks of groceries in it without the motor working overtime. You can adjust the temperatures in the fridge and freezer easy with the touch pad inside, and you can do the same with the Samsung app if you have wifi. It makes ice fine, and we only had an issue with the water dispenser not working. We got it working for a while then it went out again, so we've been going without it for now. That's the only issue, everything else works great. Would recommend this for the extra space and easy temperature control.
