My new refrigerator is beautifully designed and efficient. It cooled down quickly and runs silently. The only noise I hear is when the ice falls into the ice basket. I love how easy it is to see everything in the upper portion when I open the double doors. No more bottles stuck in the back and out of sight. The ice maker in the freezer drawer is also easy to access. I've seen some models at friends' homes where that wasn't true—so I was pleasantly surprised.

Not a great situation. This indicates to me that I may be paying more in energy usage due to the cold from inside the refrigerator escaping into the handles.

We are really enjoying our new Samsung Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door refrigerator! The Matte Black Steel finish looks beautiful in our kitchen, and the 30 cu. ft. capacity gives us an incredible amount of space without feeling bulky. I especially like the French-door layout, the tall in-door water dispenser, and how easy it is to organize and see everything inside. The Zero Clearance design is also a great feature and makes the refrigerator fit beautifully in the space. So far, it is cooling perfectly, looks modern and high-end, and is a major upgrade for our kitchen. We're very happy with our choice and looking forward to enjoying it for many years. Beautiful design, lots of space, and great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fit - we needed to replace a custom fit frig, and this counter depth French Door with zero clearance doors worked perfectly at a fraction of the cost of replacing it with another custom fit. Given previous issues with door icemakers on our refrigerators, and that they take up unnecessary space, choosing this model without the door water/icemaker has turned out great, with getting water from just inside the door and ice from the bottom icemaker being no problem. Quiet, great cooling, good lighting, plenty room for us. Four weeks in and very satisfied

Even though it's counter depth, the space inside is organized so well that everything is in sight and easy to reach. Very quiet as well, and the finish of the stainless steel just sparkles!

Not sure it's very “ fingerprint resistant” but having the handles is helpful. Ice maker is quiet. Water dispenser inside is great!

I finally understand why people love the French door version of refrigerators. This Samsung model has been the best we've ever owned. I can't get over how roomy it feels compared to our previous side-by-side! Beautifully laid out with intuitive features. We couldn't be more pleased!

Great visual appeal. Easy lightweight doors. Fantastic spacious refrigerator section with many shelving options for different sized items. The water dispenser in the door is wonderful. It keeps it hidden and not attached to the front of the door. Freezer great space for many items. The ice makes is also in the freezer which keeps the front doors looking clean. The fridge cooled very quickly once plugged in. We are only day one use. We will need to see how the ice maker works and how the longevity with use goes, especially with kids. We can't provide feedback on condensation yet as we have not had the unit long enough. We can come back in a few weeks to speak upon that. The seals are good so far day 1. Again a more in depth feedback can be provided after using it longer.

I like this refrigerator better than my old one. This is the same size but has more room and the bottom drawer freezer is much better than the side by side. The only complaint is the sensor for the ice maker stopped working after 3 months. However the warranty covers that repair.
