The storage capacity is excellent and makes it easy to organize groceries without feeling overcrowded. The wide shelving and drawer layout are especially convenient for larger items and weekly shopping trips. Temperature consistency has also been very good. Both the refrigerator and freezer maintain stable cooling, and food stays fresh noticeably longer compared to older units we've used in the past. The overall design feels modern and practical. The internal water dispenser keeps the exterior looking clean, and the lighting and shelf arrangement make everything easy to see and access. One unexpected bonus has been the smart functionality. I like the AI function of this fridge for keeping the temperature maintained and food items safe. The fridge fits well in the space, Thanks to its zero clearance. The wheels at the bottom allow us to move it for cleaning below and behind the fridge. The racks can be placed so as to make space for large items in the fridge. The smart things app also makes it easy to manage the fridge from anywhere. I have also added this fridge in my Google home app and gives me a single app to control all my smart appliances and devices. The water dispenser even being tall to allow lengthy bottles, however the base is not wide enough to make it stand, someone must hold it while filling. Also, water dispenser being inside is also an issue personally for me as I don't want to keep the fridge open while water is being filled. The automatic and intelligent ice maker is a super plus. Even though the doors are sleek but still there is no auto shut function in the door. Plus, while opening either of the two top doors it seems the other door does open slightly and same feeling of door opening comes when closing the door. The doors have to be pushed hard to close rather than the auto close .I also wish that Samsung made this fridge smudge free.

The doors are slim, giving more room inside the fridge. The hinges make it easy to install the handles and doors. Inside the fridge, the racks can be placed so as to make space for large items in the fridge. Even though the doors are sleek but still there is no auto shut function in the door. While opening either of the two top doors it seems the other door does open slightly and same feeling of door opening comes when closing either of the doors. The doors have to be pushed hard to close rather than the auto close The water dispenser even being tall to allow lengthy bottles, however the base is not wide enough to make it stand, someone must hold the bottle while filling. The base to place the bottle does not give confidence that the glass or bottle can stand on their own. The automatic and intelligent ice maker however is a super plus. I like the drop down shelf feature to make room for larger items. The pull out drawers are good sizes to be able to fit a good portion of produce, fruits, or however you like to organize your refrigerator. The water filter is easy to access. The door hosts the water function The refrigerator provides a lot of space reflecting great technology where you know the body isn't hosting all of the technical and cooling components. The freezer is spacious and has a built in ice area, the handle that pivots is nice and makes pulling out the freezer simple and smooth.

Visually, it is a stunning stainless steel and is bright on the inside. I especially like the soft closing doors, allowing for easy and quiet access. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI refrigerators have hit the scene and I can’t tell you how much I love this appliance. Let’s start off on the way It looks. The fingerprint resistant front is absolutely gorgeous and unlike some refrigerators it’s missing the dispenser on the outside because the water dispenser and icemaker are both contained within the fridge so it’s extra clean lined. Upon opening, you see the MASSIVE amount amount of storage that it has. We live out a bit from the city so I typically grocery shop once a week and cram my refrigerator full - in between my husband‘s work outs and growing teens, we go through things like eggs and milk pretty quickly. I’m able to hold two giant boxes of five dozen eggs in there without even blinking IN ADDITION TO an entire Easter dinner! All the while maintaining space for things that we use on a regular basis like fruits and vegetables within the crispers and the snack drawer at the bottom. I also love how everything can be controlled through the Samsung app - the ice-maker (can be turned off at night if you don’t want it on for noise reduction which is super cool), the temperature of both the fridge and the freezer can be changed as well as any diagnostics that need to happen and be controlled through the app… It came perfectly pre-set so I’m still learning. Our old refrigerator the icemaker broke multiple times so we finally gave up, but we’re already starting to see the savings in forgoing having to buy bags of ice. Plus, it makes the most beautiful clean squared cubes that you’ve ever seen. And the space in the freezer is crazy too even though there is the tray for the ice (because it makes ice in the bottom of the freezer so it doesn’t take up room for a dispenser at the top) there is also a top drawer within it that pulls out and two bottom areas that give ample space for storing meats, frozen foods, and anything you would want to put into a freezer (I currently have it full with a whole turkey to boot! The one thing that’s refrigerator does not skimp on is SPACE! As an adult, our priorities change and I cannot tell you the joy I am driving from this refrigerator. Also, I never thought I would say those words in a sentence, but seriously this refrigerator has every bell every whistle and new technology attached that I wasn’t even prepared for, but the greatest part about it is It’s insanely functional for families of all sizes and has the space and the looks that you want/need in a modern day fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleasantly surprised at how much of an improvement this new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator is over our last refrigerator. Our old refrigerator still had some life but I was tired of the hassle of dealing with the ice and water that regularly built up under the wide drawer and was looking to get rid of the headache. I didn't realize what a big upgrade this new Samsung would be! The most obvious upgrade is the increased storage space in an almost identical footprint from our old fridge. The exterior dimensions are almost the same yet the storage space increased about 10% and it's very usable space. Our usual grocery haul fits so much easier and we can see what's in there now. Also by moving the ice to the freezer compartment, the ice stays hard and crunchy and isn't half melted from exposure to the fridge compartment like in our old model. I was unsure how the water dispenser inside the refrigerator would work out but that's been a success too. The Samsung filter has the water tasting great and the dispenser makes it easy to see how full the bottle or glass being filled is and my kids are spilling less which is a nice bonus. There's one perk with this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator that took me a few days to notice and that is that the freezer bins are nice and deep, especially the lower bin and this allows us to stand the large frozen fruit and vegetables bags from warehouse clubs upright. We have quite a few of these that are staples and this makes me them so much easier to store. Not only that, but we can see what we have better than before. The AI integration is a nice feature and makes it easy to adjust temperature settings right from the app and it also notifies me if a fridge door is accidentally left open. All in all, this has been a very successful upgrade.

It's a whole lot more spacious inside than what we had before, and customizing the temperatures is incredibly simplified. There's a panel on the right side that makes adjusting the temperature for the fridge and freezer very easy, and you can lock it in successfully so it won't fluctuate if anything bumps onto it. I barely needed to use the app for the fridge, since it automatically adjusts the temperature according to how much is loaded in the fridge. The ice maker was making ice with no issues on the second day, and the temperatures took no more than 12 hours to finally set in. This will still serve us well for a good 6-7 years.
