[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is amazing! The counter depth is amazing and the zero clearance makes it fit like a glove. It is so sleek and modern looking without impeding into my kitchen. It has all the space is a standard depth one and looks so much better. The stainless steel French doors are great. The in door ice maker and water dispenser is tall enough to fit my large tumblers and looks nice. The best part is the in freezer sphere ice. It's my new favorite thing to entertain with. The interior of the refrigerator has ample space and a hide away shelf for fitting tall items. The freezer drawer is large and the tray for the sphere ice is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall very impressed with this refrigerator especially the app connectivity and ability to control the temperature and ice machine functions. Another plus is the 'power cool/freeze' option which came in handy at initial install (and I can see coming in handy after a power outage) The refrigerator was ready to use extremely quickly. The tall water dispenser was something that I absolutely had no idea I was missing! It is a game changer for me since I tend to only drink out of tumblers or fill large containers. Another feature I love is that the display for the temperature is inside the door and there it also lets you know what ice functions are turned on/off. The sphere ice is a nice added feature because that ice stays whole longer, but the tray takes up premium space in a counter depth fridge. My only complaint would be downsizing from a regular to a counter depth fridge. I didn't need to because I had the cabinets made to fit a regular size and make it look counter depth, but I didn't think the 5 cu ft difference would make that much of a difference so I switched. I haven't noticed a difference in the refrigerator section, but the freezer seems significantly smaller than my previous model. Just from transferring everything over, it is stuffed full and I can no longer keep ice packs or dog treats in there with the ice cube tray. But with time and reorganization, I think the smaller space will suffice because the drawers are very deep and the section dividers are set up nicely. Overall I am very impressed with this refrigerator.

What this fridge does well starts with appearance. The stainless steel has a glossy coating that looks great along with helping to resist smudges and fingerprints. The handles look and feel premium, and the latch mechanism on the freezer drawer works great. I love the dual ice maker option as well. The mini wedge ice from the dispenser are fantastic! The sphere ice from the bottom ice maker are next level. The negatives are basically all space related. While Samsung did utilize every nook and cranny they could, the left door bins are practically useless. The only thing that fits in there are small sauce bottles. I did find a pretty slick rotating caddy online that will make great use of the shelf underneath the ice maker. Gotta maximize that space! The other space issue is the sphere ice tray. It is never “full” yet takes up half the upper tray on the freezer. I think this ice tray could be much narrower and still hold plenty of spheres. Otherwise I am very happy with this fridge

I absolutely love the sliding shelf for when you need to store something just a little too tall. The door storage shelfs that wrap around the in-door ice dispenser are a nice touch. Normally this would be wasted space, but by using a smaller shelves, you are still able to use the space for smaller items. The feel of the doors and the shelves are top notch. The freezer drawers slide smoothly, and the craft ice is a nice luxury feature to have. Another luxury feeling feature is the fading interior light. This can be changed in the smart things app, but I live having that slow fade when the doors open. Our daughter loves being able to fill her ridiculously tall water bottles through the door dispenser. All in all, we are very happy with this refrigerator and would recommend it to anyone in the market.

This is an awesome refrigerator. I love the sphere ice balls. I love how big and bright inside the refrigerator is. I love the partial shelf that will slide back if you have a tall item. I love the extra tall front water and ice dispenser. I can set my cup in it easily. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator!

The doors are perfect for condiments and milk containers. I love that the middle shelf can retract for taller items. Our family absolutely loves the spherical ice that is made in the bottom freezer and the extra tall space for filling water bottles with the exterior water and ice dispenser.
