[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. We needed a zero clearance Refrigerator to fit a very tight space. We preferred side by side but didn't find one that fit. This Refrigerator fit like a glove. The Refrigerator top area is very spacious. Plenty of room for all our stuff. I like the openness of it. The freezer drawer is okay. I wish it were bigger. Also, if I spend much time bending over it, it starts to make my back hurt, like when I loaded it the first time. Overall it seems like a good fridge. We've only had it 2.days so time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has been great and had 0 issues for 5 plus years, however the ice maker went out early on and basically can't be repaired or replaced as Samsungs ice makers have an outrageously high failure rate and it's too expensive to have a nearly guaranteed risk of receiving a lemon

So that's something different but I enjoy it. I like the look of this. I holds plenty of groceries. Keeps my veggies and fruit fresh for a good amount of time compared to my last fridge. It doesn't seem to run up my electric bill. I'm happy with this purchase. The company did a great job creating and designing this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good product, only gripe is SmartThings won’t connect to my phone and the door alarm gets annoying when you’re loading groceries. Water door is a bit slow as is the ice machine but the quality of the ice and cold water is good. Aesthetically good. Fits our three person household well, freezer space is a little small so we will get a separate one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do love this fridge. I think it is interesting how it feels bigger than our last but is supposed to Be the same dimensions. I will say make sure you measure correctly as the front top of the fridge didn’t clear correctly in the space so we had to make adjustments to our cabinet which luckily ended up being fine. Perhaps we measured wrong or the instruction manual doesn’t mention this higher elevation. The sphere ice cubes are super fun and surprisingly are made really quick. As a family of 5 the regular ice cube storage must be pretty big as we have not ran out of ice yet. We are hoping the fridge lasts longer than our last and so far are pretty happy

It is huge inside, cooled quickly, love the control I have from the app, the design is beautiful, zero clearance is flawless, and the water dispensing feature is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge- from the outside in, the zero clearance hinges are a must for cabinet depth install to look clean and function excellent. The exterior water and ice are outstanding- but a word of advice: use larger glasses and cups if you’re going to get crushed ice as it has a tendency to spray a bit more than the cubed ice. The interior is laid out well, offering quite a bit of space to hold drinks and food, and the deli drawer is the perfect size. We have solar so energy isn’t a huge concern versus performance, and this unit got to the right cold level fast and has never warmed up, even while loading groceries. Great temperature maintenance on both the fridge and freezer without cold spots or places that might freeze or spoil food. The sphere ice is a luxury feature, but after 1 day running it started to produce and it’s the perfect size for an old fashioned OR a water bottle.
