I knew it would be spacious but I didn't realize how spacious until I move all of the items from my old fridge into it and it still looked almost empty!! The freezer is also very nice and with the drawers it is so easy to organize everything and pull it out with ease. The water dispenser is so big I was able to fit an entire gallon pitcher and fill it up! The sphere ice located in the freezer is also such a fun touch. I also really like that the water filter can be changed from inside the fridge as my last one was in the back. Both reached a low enough temperature quickly enough that I was able to put my items in them from my old fridge so they didn't go bad. The outside is super sleek and minimal and fit perfectly in my kitchen. The only downfall is the shelves aren't quite tall enough to hold bigger items like pitcher or large bottles, but luckily the door shelves are pretty large and can hold a couple of those items. Overall I am very happy with this item and would definitely recommend it to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from the bespoke glass line back to this classic stainless steel look as it does a better job of matching my new custom modern kitchen. The build quality is top notch, everything feels quality and luxury. The side shelves are nice and deep and I adore the two shelf single drawer freezer storage as it does a better job of accommodating and organizing different items. Ofcourse, i have also fallen in love with spherical ice, who knew such a simple thing could offer so much joy. The front door ice/water dispenser is also pleasantly accommodating for our large Stanley cups without having to try too hard to angle them. This is the next addition to my Samsung smart things ecosystem which allows me to monitor temperatures and status in the app. This fridge is clean cut, modern, and has the latest technology. The perfect addition to my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall very impressed with this refrigerator especially the app connectivity and ability to control the temperature and ice machine functions. Another plus is the 'power cool/freeze' option which came in handy at initial install (and I can see coming in handy after a power outage) The refrigerator was ready to use extremely quickly. The tall water dispenser was something that I absolutely had no idea I was missing! It is a game changer for me since I tend to only drink out of tumblers or fill large containers. Another feature I love is that the display for the temperature is inside the door and there it also lets you know what ice functions are turned on/off. The sphere ice is a nice added feature because that ice stays whole longer, but the tray takes up premium space in a counter depth fridge. My only complaint would be downsizing from a regular to a counter depth fridge. I didn't need to because I had the cabinets made to fit a regular size and make it look counter depth, but I didn't think the 5 cu ft difference would make that much of a difference so I switched. I haven't noticed a difference in the refrigerator section, but the freezer seems significantly smaller than my previous model. Just from transferring everything over, it is stuffed full and I can no longer keep ice packs or dog treats in there with the ice cube tray. But with time and reorganization, I think the smaller space will suffice because the drawers are very deep and the section dividers are set up nicely. Overall I am very impressed with this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a counter depth fridge for years, and I am so glad I finally have one. The last fridge stuck out so much further and it was just an eyesore. I did sacrifice a little of interior space for the counter depth size, but I'm okay with that. I really like the smartphone app and how you can adjust settings from anywhere with an internet connection. The water dispenser is also very tall, so it fits water bottles and pitchers no problem! Having multiple ice options is also a great feature. The spheres in the bottom for fancy drinks, and nuggets and crushed ice up top for all other drinks! The fingerprint resistant coating on the fridge is a great feature, and seems to work well enough. All in all I'm very happy with this fridge.

I've hosted a couple parties now and everyone always comments how awesome the ice balls are. Probably my favorite feature on a fridge that I have had. The fridge and freezer are also really practical. There is a ton of spaces, shelving, and drawers to organize everything I keep in it. I haven't had any problems trying to fit groceries and food in the fridge or freezer. The in door water and ice works as expected. Water comes out cold and I haven't had any problems with the ice dispenser. The lighting really works well too. The LED lights keep everything nice and bright so everything is easy to see. The stainless steel finish is very classy and looks great in our kitchen and compliments our appliances. The zero clearance fit especially makes this fridge look good in our kitchen.

It has all the space is a standard depth one and looks so much better. The stainless steel French doors are great. My 40oz tomorrow for in the in door dispenser which is a game changer! The best part is the in freezer sphere ice. My first love their drinks with the sphere ice that lasts forever. The interior of the refrigerator has ample space and a hide away shelf for fitting tall items. The freezer drawer is large and the tray for the sphere ice is perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for a couple weeks now so I feel like I can give an honest review of what I think. What this fridge does well starts with appearance. The stainless steel has a glossy coating that looks great along with helping to resist smudges and fingerprints. The handles look and feel premium, and the latch mechanism on the freezer drawer works great. I love the dual ice maker option as well. The mini wedge ice from the dispenser are fantastic! The sphere ice from the bottom ice maker are next level. The negatives are basically all space related. While Samsung did utilize every nook and cranny they could, the left door bins are practically useless. The only thing that fits in there are small sauce bottles. I did find a pretty slick rotating caddy online that will make great use of the shelf underneath the ice maker. Gotta maximize that space! The other space issue is the sphere ice tray. It is never “full” yet takes up half the upper tray on the freezer. I think this ice tray could be much narrower and still hold plenty of spheres. Otherwise I am very happy with this fridge
