[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new refrigerator! I have been wanting a three door fridge for years. Love the capacity, and I especially love the pull out freezer compartment. I can finally buy pizzas that will fit in the freezer! The water and ice dispenser is great!

She can easily see what is on the separate shelves without having to remove items. The lighting inside is efficient and illuminates the interior for content perusal. The finish is smooth and easy to remove any smudges on the exterior. After installation the temperature was 37 degrees in the refrigerator and 0 degrees in the freezer within two hours. This is the first Samsung refrigerator we have owned, thus far we are very impressed with its performance. Very quiet and we do not notice it running. It will be convenient to have the dual ice makers and looking forward to the spherical long lasting I've that it makes.

This fridge is so nice with the zero clearance doors. We didn’t know what to do until we found this one and now my fridge doesn’t stick way out in my kitchen. It is flush and perfect. The finish is beautiful and it started getting cold immediately once we plugged her in. So far we are extremely happy with the overall look and functions. The easy adjustable shelves are great and the one that goes toward the back for taller things is amazing. The ice making is quick as well and offers several choices which is nice.

This new Samsung is great as I can manage the temperature to keep it cool. Love the ice maker on the door for cubed or crushed and especially like the sphere ice that drops into the freezer. Very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice flys all over the floor. You need more space for taller objects such as milk jugs, salad dressings, creamer and other condiments. We’ve only had it a few days so can’t comment on other items at this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had the fridge for that long only been 2 days. That is why I gave it 4 stars. The fridge is definitely on the smaller side but I told that it can be right up against the wall and I can open the door all the way. The middle shelves are on the flimsy side if they are not connecting. But so face it makes ice and the water dispenses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Black Stainless Steel looks great brand new, but finger prints and scratches are easily noticeable (delivery person used a box cutter to remove plastic at top edge of freezer door and caused small scratches, wish there was a marker to repair color). Plastic covering doors can be difficult to remove around edges and where gaskets are. Had to add refrigerator to Smart Things app to adjust temp and ice settings, but easy to do in app (Manual buttons inside door have been unresponsive so far when pressed). Wheels make fridge super easy to slide in or out. Flat/square cover over door hinges is better than older models. Wish the top shelf was adjustable too. Outside of color finish, smart capable, quad ice maker, zero clearance door hinges, Fridge spacing and physical components very similar to our last Samsung fridge.

The two refrigerator doors would be better if they opened up wideer. 2. The pullout deli drawer would be more accessible if there were two separate drawers so that you could open one side of the deli drawer while one riefrigerator door is open and the other side of the deli drawer while the other door is open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good refrigerator so far. Door ice/water works well. The sphere Ice maker is slow and does not allow for much inventory. Going to 1/2 sphere only changes the size of the cube, does not impact inventory or how long it takes. Only had it just over a month so time will tell.
