Solid Refrigerator with Room for Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were blessed with the opportunity to purchase the Bespoke AI 29 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Zero Clearance Fit & Sphere Iceā„¢ in Stainless Steel at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review of the product. Now that we have had the fridge a while and had the opportunity to use it on our day to day interactions, I can honestly say that it's a solid product that has some room for improvement. So, here are my list of pros and cons/room for improvement: Pros: - The design is sleek and beautiful that will complement any kitchen. It fits perfectly into our refrigerator spot. - The interior is spacious and easily accommodates different sized containers for storage. - The app is easy to use and can help keep track of groceries, when you need to order a new filter, and apparently can help save you money with AI smart features (looking forward to seeing that in action). You can also order new filters directly through the app when the time comes. - The sphere shaped ice is probably the favorite of the household (German Shepherd included) and the app will let you choose if it makes 3-9 a day, half spheres, and if it will make them through the night. I also love how the fountain can accommodate my 40 ounce tumbler with no issues, Cons/Room for improvement: - Although we have the app set to make 9 ice balls a day, we have yet to get 9 in a 24 hour period. I don't know if the time the freezer is open factors into it at all since the app doesn't account for the number of ice balls. It would be nice if it could do that. - Also - the doors are very light. I'm not sure if that is an improvement for maneuverability or a downgrade in quality. So for now, I'm just making note of it. It doesn't seem to affect the product one way or the other as far as I can see. Overall, my family and I recommend this product to our family and friends who are in the market for a new refrigerator!

Beautiful design and smart features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator is honestly one of the best appliances I’ve added to my home. The look is very clean, modern, and high-end looking. It instantly elevates the whole kitchen. The stainless steel finish is sleek and beautiful. The space is very well organized, and I can easily fit everything without things getting lost in the back. The layout is smart, especially for someone who likes to keep things neat and accessible. One of my favorite features is the Sphere Ice. It actually feels like a luxury feature. The ice looks great and melts slower, which is perfect for drinks. It is quiet, efficient, and keeps everything at a consistent temperature. Overall, this is a very well-designed, high-quality refrigerator that combines style, functionality, and thoughtful features. Definitely a five-star upgrade.

Everything I’ve ever wanted in a fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this fridge for a few weeks and I love it! It might seem a little *extra* but my favorite feature is that it makes Sphere ice in the bottom freezer. (Sometimes it’s the little things.) the French doors are beautiful and space saving. I think it matches my kitchen perfectly. I also love ll the details like the contoured fridge door shelves for storing smaller condiment bottles and the retractable shelf inside to accommodate taller items. The 29 cu ft size is perfect for my family of 5. Checks all the boxes and then some!

Looks great! Fits amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is great, especially if you need zero clearance doors! Saved us at our house. I do wish the unwrapping process was easier as there was tape and residue left behind. We love the water and ice being accessible on the outside of the fridge opposed to other models w/ ice and water inside the fridge doors.

Come for the Design, Stay for the Sphere Ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator has been a great addition to the home, blending modern design with genuinely useful features. One of the standout aspects is the flexibility inside—the adjustable shelves make it easy to store everything from tall bottles to larger dishes without much effort. The freezer drawers are also a big plus, keeping items organized and easy to access. The fingerprint-resistant finish really holds up in day-to-day use, which is something you don't fully appreciate until you've lived with it. It keeps the fridge looking clean without constant wiping, even with frequent use. A surprisingly enjoyable feature is the sphere ice—it's perfect for drinks and adds a nice touch, especially for entertaining. The AI features are a nice bonus as well—while they're interesting, it's not entirely clear yet how they'll be used day-to-day, but the ability to get alerts (like if the door is left open) is definitely appreciated. Overall, it's a well-designed, feature-rich refrigerator that feels like a solid upgrade for everyday living.

My new Samsung Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently reluctantly agreed to upgrade our refrigerator because the one we had stuck out too far into the walkway in our kitchen. We got this counter depth one and that 6ā€ makes a huge difference! It's great to look at, and it has sphere ice, which I happen to think is very cool and they melt much slower. It's also much easier to fill my water bottle as it fits in the dispenser. I'm happy with the upgrade and my wife was right after all.

Samsung Bespoke: A Smart, Stylish Win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading my kitchen has been a long time coming, and the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator has easily been one of the most exciting parts of the renovation. The design alone feels like a huge step up, but it's the functionality that's really impressed me. The adjustable shelving is incredibly versatile and makes it easy to fit everything from large platters to everyday groceries without hassle. I also really like the freezer drawers—they're well-organized and make it simple to find what you need without digging around. Another standout feature is the fingerprint-resistant finish. With regular use, especially in a busy household, it's nice not constantly seeing smudges all over the doors. One thing I did notice is that some of the door shelving feels a bit oddly sized. At first, I wasn't sure how I'd use those spaces, but I realized it's a tradeoff for the built-in water and ice maker. In the end, I'd rather have the feature and the extra storage options, even if they're a bit unconventional. The AI features are interesting—I'm still getting used to them—but I already appreciate the smart alerts, especially the notification if the door is left open. Overall, it feels like a thoughtful, modern upgrade that fits perfectly into my new kitchen.

Quality Counter Depth Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for a couple weeks now so I feel like I can give an honest review of what I think. What this fridge does well starts with appearance. The stainless steel has a glossy coating that looks great along with helping to resist smudges and fingerprints. The handles look and feel premium, and the latch mechanism on the freezer drawer works great. I love the dual ice maker option as well. The mini wedge ice from the dispenser are fantastic! The sphere ice from the bottom ice maker are next level. The negatives are basically all space related. While Samsung did utilize every nook and cranny they could, the left door bins are practically useless. The only thing that fits in there are small sauce bottles. I did find a pretty slick rotating caddy online that will make great use of the shelf underneath the ice maker. Gotta maximize that space! The other space issue is the sphere ice tray. It is never ā€œfullā€ yet takes up half the upper tray on the freezer. I think this ice tray could be much narrower and still hold plenty of spheres. Otherwise I am very happy with this fridge

Maximum Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is amazing! I knew it would be spacious, but I didn't realize how spacious until I moved all of the items from my old fridge into it, and it still looked partially full! The freezer is also very nice, and with the ease of sliding the drawers, it is so easy to organize everything and pull it out with minimal effort. There are so many great things about this fridge, it is hard to capture them all, but here goes. The water dispenser area is so big that we were able to fit an entire gallon pitcher and fill it up! The sphere ice located in the freezer will have so many uses. I also really like that the water filter can be changed from inside the fridge, as my last one was in the back. Both the fridge and the freezer reached a low enough temperature quickly enough that I was able to put my items in them from my old fridge, so they didn't go bad. The outside is super sleek and minimal, and fits perfectly in my kitchen. The only downfall is that the shelves aren't quite tall enough to hold bigger items like a pitcher or large bottles, but luckily, the door shelves are pretty large and can hold a couple of those items. The only downside to this fridge is the size and how it fits into the opening in my kitchen. This thing is massive, looks as if the cabinets were built around it in a good way, but getting into position is very tight. Overall, we are very happy with this item and have already been recommending it to others!

Amazing refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! It looks great, the counter depth gives you enough space inside without sticking out too far. The bigger size of the ice and water dispenser is great. Even my bigger tumblers fit with ease. The spere ice is great, and is something I never knew I needed. You know it is a great refrigerator when your 12 year old is excited about it also. She told me "I guess I'm getting old because I love this refrigerator". It truly is an amazingly thought out refrigerator.
