Ton of space, high quality features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to this Samsung refrigerator and I couldn't be happier. The refrigerator is roomy, with innovative storage options. I absolutely love the sliding shelf for when you need to store something just a little too tall. The door storage shelfs that wrap around the in-door ice dispenser are a nice touch. Normally this would be wasted space, but by using a smaller shelves, you are still able to use the space for smaller items. The feel of the doors and the shelves are top notch. The freezer drawers slide smoothly, and the craft ice is a nice luxury feature to have. Another luxury feeling feature is the fading interior light. This can be changed in the smart things app, but I live having that slow fade when the doors open. Our daughter loves being able to fill her ridiculously tall water bottles through the door dispenser. All in all, we are very happy with this refrigerator and would recommend it to anyone in the market.

Samsung Bespoke: A Smart, Stylish Win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading my kitchen has been a long time coming, and the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator has easily been one of the most exciting parts of the renovation. The design alone feels like a huge step up, but it's the functionality that's really impressed me. The adjustable shelving is incredibly versatile and makes it easy to fit everything from large platters to everyday groceries without hassle. I also really like the freezer drawers—they're well-organized and make it simple to find what you need without digging around. Another standout feature is the fingerprint-resistant finish. With regular use, especially in a busy household, it's nice not constantly seeing smudges all over the doors. One thing I did notice is that some of the door shelving feels a bit oddly sized. At first, I wasn't sure how I'd use those spaces, but I realized it's a tradeoff for the built-in water and ice maker. In the end, I'd rather have the feature and the extra storage options, even if they're a bit unconventional. The AI features are interesting—I'm still getting used to them—but I already appreciate the smart alerts, especially the notification if the door is left open. Overall, it feels like a thoughtful, modern upgrade that fits perfectly into my new kitchen.

Well organized and energy efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time purchasing a French door refrigerator and I absolutely love it. The interior is incredibly spacious, and the multiple shelves make it easy to organize and find everything I need. It feels thoughtfully designed for everyday convenience. One minor downside is the limited space for taller beverage bottles on the main refrigerator shelves. While the door compartments do provide some room for taller items, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility inside. Ok the other hand, a sliding or adjustable shelf option has made this even more functional, especially when you don't always need the extra vertical space. The refrigerator runs very quietly, which is a huge plus. I also really appreciate the built-in door alarm that is especially helpful with kids who tend to open the fridge often and sometimes don't fully close it. It's a simple feature, but incredibly useful. The freezer compartment is another standout. It offers plenty of storage and includes a sliding shelf that keeps frequently used items easily accessible. The ice maker is excellent with its sphere ice which is great when entertaining but also the ice maker no mess, easy to use, and I love the additional storage compartment for extra ice. It's perfect for hosting and larger gatherings, ensuring I always have ice ready when I need it. Overall, this refrigerator combines practicality, smart design, and energy efficiency. Despite the small limitation with tall item storage, I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and well-organized appliance.

Solid Refrigerator with Room for Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were blessed with the opportunity to purchase the Bespoke AI 29 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Zero Clearance Fit & Sphere Ice™ in Stainless Steel at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review of the product. Now that we have had the fridge a while and had the opportunity to use it on our day to day interactions, I can honestly say that it's a solid product that has some room for improvement. So, here are my list of pros and cons/room for improvement: Pros: - The design is sleek and beautiful that will complement any kitchen. It fits perfectly into our refrigerator spot. - The interior is spacious and easily accommodates different sized containers for storage. - The app is easy to use and can help keep track of groceries, when you need to order a new filter, and apparently can help save you money with AI smart features (looking forward to seeing that in action). You can also order new filters directly through the app when the time comes. - The sphere shaped ice is probably the favorite of the household (German Shepherd included) and the app will let you choose if it makes 3-9 a day, half spheres, and if it will make them through the night. I also love how the fountain can accommodate my 40 ounce tumbler with no issues, Cons/Room for improvement: - Although we have the app set to make 9 ice balls a day, we have yet to get 9 in a 24 hour period. I don't know if the time the freezer is open factors into it at all since the app doesn't account for the number of ice balls. It would be nice if it could do that. - Also - the doors are very light. I'm not sure if that is an improvement for maneuverability or a downgrade in quality. So for now, I'm just making note of it. It doesn't seem to affect the product one way or the other as far as I can see. Overall, my family and I recommend this product to our family and friends who are in the market for a new refrigerator!

Awesome Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a counter depth fridge for years, and I am so glad I finally have one. The last fridge stuck out so much further and it was just an eyesore. I did sacrifice a little of interior space for the counter depth size, but I'm okay with that. I really like the smartphone app and how you can adjust settings from anywhere with an internet connection. The water dispenser is also very tall, so it fits water bottles and pitchers no problem! Having multiple ice options is also a great feature. The spheres in the bottom for fancy drinks, and nuggets and crushed ice up top for all other drinks! The fingerprint resistant coating on the fridge is a great feature, and seems to work well enough. All in all I'm very happy with this fridge.

Perfect Fit and Thoughtful Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung Bespoke RF70H25GERAA refrigerator and honestly, I'm really happy with it. I was a little worried at first that going with a counter-depth fridge would feel too small compared to a bigger 30 cu. ft. one, but it ended up being the perfect size. It doesn't feel cramped at all! We did have to cut into the wall a bit to make it fit, but that was more because our old fridge was an older, smaller side-by-side. With how big most fridges are now, we would've had to make that change no matter what, so I don't see it as a downside to this one. The freezer is probably my favorite part. There's a ton of usable space, and the top shelf with the sphere ice maker is such a nice touch. We're big into whisky at home, so having that really takes our drinks up a notch. The freezer shelf took a couple tries to get used to. You have to push it in slightly before opening the door, but once you get it it's super easy. I also love the slide-in/slide-out shelf in the fridge. It makes it so much easier to fit taller items like wine bottles without having to rearrange everything. And the water dispenser area is taller than I expected, which is great because my big water jug fits perfectly. Overall, the switch to this fridge was way smoother than I expected, and I'm really glad we went with it.

Excellent refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is excellent. It holds a ton of food and has a great design. I like that it has sphere ice and regular ice. Plus, I’m able to fill my water bottles easily with the tall water dispenser. The overall look of it is also great and the zero clearance doors are really sleek. This refrigerator is a nice addition to our kitchen. It’s functional and stylish.

Very roomy fridge that makes Ball Ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving our Samsung Bespoke fridge! There is so much room for all of the food for our family of 5. The doors are perfect for condiments and milk containers. I love that the middle shelf can retract for taller items. Our family absolutely loves the spherical ice that is made in the bottom freezer and the extra tall space for filling water bottles with the exterior water and ice dispenser. Overall a beautiful and very functional fridge for our family.

It's just a fridge but not according to my wife….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Samsung Bespoke AI 29 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator RF70H30GERAA and I'll be honest… I thought it was just a fridge. My wife… did not feel that way. She's obsessed. Like… made a whole video about it obsessed. So here we are. That said… I get it now. The way it fits in the kitchen is actually really clean. It doesn't need a bunch of extra space on the sides, but the doors still open all the way. It just looks built-in instead of squeezed in. The Sphere Ice is also better than I expected. It melts slower, so your drink stays cold without getting watered down. I didn't think I'd notice… but I do. And the kids… they've claimed the middle drawer. What used to be the “cheese drawer” is now basically their snack station, and they love it. They just grab what they want without tearing everything apart, which honestly helps more than anything else. The water dispenser is tall enough for bigger bottles too, which we use all the time. No weird angles, no spills. Inside, everything's easy to see and organized. Nothing disappears in the back like it used to. So yeah… I thought it was just a fridge. My wife knew better. And now I'm the one telling people about it too.

The Perfect "Middle Ground" for a Modern Kitchen R

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently redoing my kitchen, and because the footprint is on the smaller side, I was very particular about the "flow" of the room. I went with this counter-depth model specifically to avoid having a massive appliance protruding into the walking path, and it has made a world of difference. Beyond the fit, the first thing that caught me off guard was just how quiet this unit is. After I plugged it in, I actually thought it was defective because I couldn't hear a thing; I had to go to the back of the fridge just to feel if the fan was blowing warm air to confirm it was actually running. If you have an open-concept layout or a smaller home where appliance hum is usually an annoyance, this is a huge win. I consider myself a "techy" person, but I have my limits, I don't want my refrigerator to look like a giant tablet. This Bespoke model hits the right balance by bringing the appliance into the modern age without it feeling over-engineered. While I don't really find myself using the AI features, the build quality feels premium and the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel actually lives up to the claim. It stays remarkably clean even with daily use. You do lose some depth with a counter-depth model, obviously, but I've found that to be a bit of a blessing. In my old fridge, things would get lost in the "black hole" of the back shelves until they expired. This layout is very functional; if you can't see it immediately, you probably didn't need it anyway. As for the ice spheres, they are a great feature, though they aren't quite as crystal clear as I'd hoped. I'm planning to install a water softener and purifier system to see if that helps them reach that "craft cocktail" look, but even as-is, it's a nice touch. Ultimately, if you are tight on space but want something that feels sturdy and looks high-end without being a "smart-screen" eyesore, this is it. It's quiet, sleek, and stays out of the way.
