I couldn’t be happier with the Samsung 36 in. 29 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator! It looks absolutely gorgeous in stainless steel and has completely elevated the look and functionality of my kitchen. The 29 cu. ft. capacity is fantastic. There is an incredible amount of room for groceries, and the French door design makes it so much easier to organize everything and actually see what you have. The 3-door layout is extremely convenient, and the drawers and storage compartments provide plenty of flexibility for everything from everyday groceries to large items. One of my favorite features is the Zero Clearance Fit. Being able to open the doors without needing a huge amount of clearance on either side is a game changer, especially if you have a kitchen where space is limited. It fits beautifully without sacrificing accessibility. And then there’s the Sphere Ice! 🧊 It’s such a fun and unique feature. The spherical ice looks amazing in drinks, melts more slowly, and adds a premium touch that I didn’t even know I needed. Beyond the features, the refrigerator feels sleek, spacious, modern, and incredibly well-designed. Samsung really thought through the details, from the storage layout to the convenience features. It combines style and practicality in a way that makes a noticeable difference every day. If you’re looking for a large, beautiful French door refrigerator with tons of storage, smart design, excellent accessibility, and some genuinely cool features, I highly recommend this one. Great addition to my Samsung lineup. As my appliances have needed replaced, have purchased Samsung products which all have satisfied need and expectations. The refrigerator is no exception. The appearance, capacity, sphere ice, door function, temperature display, all make the unit 'fit' the requirements needed and presents itself as a dependable must have appliance.

I especially like the spacious shelves in the upper portion of the appliance. The drawers are deep and spacious as well. I didn’t realize that this refrigerator has two ice makers, but the bottom ice maker makes cute little sphere shaped balls which are fun. The trays in the right side door are deep and hold several bottles. The left door has limited trays depth due to ice maker. The freezer is very spacious too. Overall I gave this refrigerator a 5 star rating because it is spacious and meets the needs of my family.

She can easily see what is on the separate shelves without having to remove items. The lighting inside is efficient and illuminates the interior for content perusal. The finish is smooth and easy to remove any smudges on the exterior. After installation the temperature was 37 degrees in the refrigerator and 0 degrees in the freezer within two hours. This is the first Samsung refrigerator we have owned, thus far we are very impressed with its performance. Very quiet and we do not notice it running. It will be convenient to have the dual ice makers and looking forward to the spherical long lasting I've that it makes.

Ice/water thru door great Sphere Ice only makes 3 at a time. Cooled quickly. Delivered yesterday so still learning. Finish on doors are magnetic my other samsung was not. Shelving somewhat heavy but figured out how to make it easier. Seal is.good opens easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Black Stainless Steel looks great brand new, but finger prints and scratches are easily noticeable (delivery person used a box cutter to remove plastic at top edge of freezer door and caused small scratches, wish there was a marker to repair color). Plastic covering doors can be difficult to remove around edges and where gaskets are. Had to add refrigerator to Smart Things app to adjust temp and ice settings, but easy to do in app (Manual buttons inside door have been unresponsive so far when pressed). Wheels make fridge super easy to slide in or out. Flat/square cover over door hinges is better than older models. Wish the top shelf was adjustable too. Outside of color finish, smart capable, quad ice maker, zero clearance door hinges, Fridge spacing and physical components very similar to our last Samsung fridge.

The interior is well organized with practical shelves, bins, and bright lighting. Cooling has stayed consistent, while the tall water dispenser and Sphere Ice option add useful convenience. Overall, it's a strong refrigerator, but it could still be improved in a few areas.

The shelves are not removable therefore cleaning make is very difficult. I had to take it apart to be able to clean the shelves anytime I want to disinfect or get into the nooks and crannies .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good refrigerator so far. Door ice/water works well. The sphere Ice maker is slow and does not allow for much inventory. Going to 1/2 sphere only changes the size of the cube, does not impact inventory or how long it takes. Only had it just over a month so time will tell.

In order to clean the overlapping portions of the crisper drawers where all the little bits get into, the client is required to gently and slowly with flat head screw drivers/tiny wedges to pry apart the cheap plastic pieces. The plastic is so poor that little chips will occur at best or at worse full cracks and breaks. This was clearly not thought out nor considered for consecutive designs as it occurs in numerous models. Just get a classic, freezer-on-top refrigerator without water/ice is what the professionals recommend. Do not bother with samsung kitchen appliances. Every home owner I know has regretted them instantly. I avoid giving low reviews as I'm sure they're well aware of this flaw as it makes them money. Not in our case. Once this refrigerator goes, so will another samsung appliance out of our home happily. Get it together, you're too obvious with the faulty gear in hopes that people buy more of the accessories, shame. P.S. There's constant problems with the ice maker and skip their water filter. It truly does nothing besides masking the tastes (look into a fridge filter that *Clearly Filters PFAS, fluoride, chlorine, etc.)
