[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Edited to say: I turned the freezer down to -2 degrees and the humming decreased a lot! I can barely hear it now! If you are replacing an older refrigerator, and this one seems loud in comparison, hang in there for a couple days and try decreasing the freezer temperature and you should be good to go!! The craft ice maker acclimated and is now making the 6 craft ice per day it is set for. The crushed ice maker is a bit messy so you need to put the cup right up against the top to keep ice chips from flying out, and ice residue stays inside the opening so when it melts, it drips a little. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Once I got all the air out of the water line, the water dispenser did stop dripping. The refrigerator looks beautiful and keeps my food nice and cold! Overall I'm really happy with my new refrigerator. I just received my refrigerator so I can't give an extensive review. I can say that it hums...which is annoying. I'm sincerely hoping I get used to it soon. I wish both middle shelves would have the feature to retract because I'd like to have more room for tall items like milk or juice jugs. Right now the water dispenser drips but supposedly that should stop soon. I hope it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has much more interior room than our old one and it's the same exterior (height, depth and width). The layout is much better. I like the craft ice balls. Perfect to cool off a cognac or whiskey. The dual ice maker is a must here in Florida. It made temperature in about 4 hours. Which is fast in my opinion. The stainless doesn't show fingerprints. My wife is very happy.

I had to wait over 2 weeks to get the black stainless color but it was worth it. I like how it cools very well insides, the adjustable shelf for tall items and how the door shelves are clear black. I like the height of the external icemaker and the three types of ice I can get. The craft ice is cool! I like the placement of the water filter also. I like how the doors open and seal without the need to have an overlap in the middle of the two doors so it’s easy to open and close. I have other Samsung AI appliances so it’s great to access the fridge through my phone app. I don’t like how it was hard to pull all the plastic covering from the outside although I appreciate the protection.

Space is great. The fridge door tends to stay open but the alarm is helpful. Food is cold and it looks great in our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new refrigerator! There seems to be so much room compared to our old one. It is much easier to see things and to get stuff out of the freezer. The spherical ice cubes are amazing but do take forever to make.

We bought a Samsung before the AI design. It worked great until it abruptly stopped. The compressor stopped working which was a known problem with these refrigerators. It was covered by warranty but there was no way I was going to get another Samsung. We went 3 weeks without a fridge trying to get it serviced and then ordering a different fridge. Sadly, Samsung had not fixed the issue and now I have an ugly refrigerator, but it works. Seems like it would be an easy fix that would help out Samsung, but guess they don’t want to take care of their customers,
