Very disappointed! We bought the first one 6 years ago and had 5 good years of service. When it broke we bought another one that lasted less than a year. We thought just a bad one so we bought a 3rd one because we liked how they worked. We have had this one just over a month and it is sounding like the gears are shot already. Will not be buying another one!

I have a number of cuisinart products and expected nothing but top notch performance. My husband had told me the conical type of coffee grinder. But, sadly, this does not meet my expectations. Uneven grind, slow to complete, and too noisy compared to the last grinder I owned.

We LOVE this grinder! Our adult kids told us we needed a burr grinder. We had a little cheapy grinder that we held the button down and counted and shook while running. We thought it was fine...until they got us this one for Christmas!! We saved a cuppa from using the old grinder, then made a pot using this burr grinder - had NO IDEA how bitter our old grinder had made our coffee. Plus, having to count and shake the old one to get the beans ground well, each pot of coffee was different. This has DEFINITELY elevated our coffee enjoyment! It took a few times to determine the right quantity and grind to select but now we just push the start button and we get the perfect measure and grind every time!!! From novice to connoisseur, I'd HIGHLY recommend the Cuisinart burr coffee grinder.

Love it. It not only allows you to vary the grind size, it also lets you determine how much to grind based on the number of cups you want. I primarily use it to fill reusable K-pods. I also like the size - it's narrow and doesn't take up much space on the counter.

So far we are very happy with this purchase. I love how one can fill the container with beans and grind just the amount you need. The grind coarseness is adjustable and easy to change to your liking. The only thing I wish I could alleviate is the static that builds and creates a small mess all over the counter. But I guess that is just part of grinding your own. My previous grinder did the same thing.

Grind is ok. not accurate on the setting, measured 7 tbsp when it should have ground 8 tbsp. Now onto the decibels this thing puts out. My cat hates the vacuum, and runs away every time it’s turned on. When I grind my coffee in the morning, the cat runs away!

This is my second Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill. The first one ran for 2 1/2 years. I used it every day. It’s a wonderful product. Pour in your beans, choose the type of grind you want, set the amount of cups you are brewing and start.It’s paired with a Cuisinart Coffee Maker. So easy. I will buy it again.

This is our second Cuisinart Burr Mill. The first one had a separation of the base of the hopper that I was able fix with JB Weld and lasted another year before the plastic near the grinding mechanism finally gave away and was unrepairable. The choice of grinders out there is small and the Cuisinart is still the best one of the available grinders.

Since grind one i have to move the grinding basket in and out while pressing the grind button. It works but not what i expect since i have many other of your products. I work out of town 8 months of the year and returning it would be a pain. Since my jobsites times vary. And i need my coffee lol. Other than that major flaw it works good.

I love this grinder. It is easy to fill, easy to use, easy to clean and grinds coffee beans in a wide variety of sizes to suit all brewing needs. It is a great value for a burr grinder. Only drawback is that the ground coffee is sometimes a bit statically charged so it can be a bit messy when spooning out.
