Surprising Power – My Flour-Saving Hero!

I originally picked up the Cuisinart Supreme Grind for its reputation as a solid coffee mill, but it recently earned "MVP" status in my kitchen for a completely different reason. When my dedicated grain mill unexpectedly broke, I turned to this as a temporary fix to grind wheat berries for flour—and I am genuinely impressed! Performance %26 Versatility: While it's designed for coffee, the 18-position grind selector allowed me to find a fine enough setting to produce a beautiful, consistent flour for my baking. The motor handled the hard wheat berries without struggling or overheating, which speaks volumes about the quality of the burr mill. Capacity %26 Ease of Use The 32-cup capacity is fantastic. I can process a decent amount of grain in one go without constant refilling. The removable grind chamber also makes it easy to transfer my "flour" straight into a mixing bowl with minimal mess. Pros: • Heavy Duty: Handles tough grains surprisingly well. • Customizable: The 18 settings give you total control over the coarseness. • Reliable: Solid construction that feels like it will last. Cons: • the noise level is a bit loud (to be expected with a burr grinder!), but it gets the job done so fast it's hardly an issue. Final Verdict: Whether you are a coffee purist grinding coffee beans or a home baker needing to grind wheat berries in a pinch, this grinder is a powerhouse. It's reliable, easy to clean, and much tougher than its sleek design suggests. Highly recommended!

Automatic Burr Mill

The mill works very well. I have been using it regularly and it does a nice job grinding beans. I do put it on the coarse setting as it tends to be too much of a powder on the medium settings. I am going to be purchasing a percolator coffee pot soon, so I wanted to try it out first. It is important to tap the sides of the container before removing it from the mill as it can be messy. But it worth it. I also like the that I can keep beans in the hopper at the top and can grind as many as I need. Very happy with my purchase.

Terrific coffe bean grinder

Super glad that I upgraded to the Cuisinart Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill! It is fabulous and a huge upgrade from my previous grinder. Super easy to get the exact grind you want and very easy to clean & able to grind just what is needed. It is also much easier to switch coffee beans for regular hot coffee, to espresso beans to cold brew beans. The noise is solid & not abrasive, and easier on my ears early in the morning compared to my previous grinder. If you're thinking upgrading & wondering if it's worth the price, I can tell you that it absolutely is worth every penny.

This Burr Grinder is amazing!

This Burr Grinder is amazing! We love that we can use it's various grinding levels to use it for both regular coffee grounds, or to grind our espresso beans. It's fairly easy to clean when needed. Not too terribly loud. We've been very impressed with this grinder, as it's a step up from our little pulse grinder we've had until purchasing this one.

Good grinder!

This is a nice coffee grinder! The coarse grinder was what I was looking for because I bought a percolator and this pot requires a coarse grind. The first thing I noticed was that it was easy to use and practical. I didn't think it was too loud but I wouldn't use it when the baby is sleeping. The coffee beans were ground quickly and I think I have mastered the functionality by the third use. I also think the price is reasonable.

Supreme coffee grinder

I love this coffee grinder. It's no mess no fuss pouring the beans press the button set it and forget it. You pull out the container and your copies right there. I use a pour over a scoop out the grinds into my filter and I'm ready to go every morning fresh ground coffee by the cup I couldn't ask for more. I'll expect nothing less from Cuisinart.

Good product with issues

I like the product, but when grinding it's incredibly loud, and the results are very messy. Also, the setting to grind the correct amount for a given number of cups is a great idea in theory, but in practice it doesn't work too well. Setting it for a full pot of 12 cups grinds only about half what you'd normally expect.

Low Price, Poor Performance

Low price, poor performance. The grinder generated a large amount of static electricity. The plastic used in the bin compounded the problem. The grounds stuck to the sides of the container so much that the grinder was unusable. I hoped for a better experience from a Cuisinart product, but had to return it for a refund.

Coffee grinder

I guess I received a reject because it doesn't matter what grind set I use, it pulverizes the beans to powder, like the consistency of flour and it blows all over the counter and all over my hands when I pull out the container that's supposed to catch all of the grounds. There is NO anti static in the machine so that's the reason the powdered coffee disperses all over the room. This is crap

Do not buy this product

This coffee mill is not a good product. Beans do not flow into the mill without help, the amount of beans ground is not correct, and the grounds stick to the collection bin 100% of the time. Coffee is expensive and this mill makes it even more expensive. Do not buy this product.
