I purchased the Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill for two reasons: 1) I liked the large hopper so I didn't have to pour/measure beans every day and, 2) It's aesthetically pleasing. I am a fan of the Cuisinart brand and have most kitchen items (including cookware) from the brand so this was a natural choice. Sadly, we have been largely disappointed with it. It is quite possibly the messiest grinder I have ever owned. When you pull the container with the grinds out to pour into the filter, the shape does not allow for clean pouring - the grounds go everywhere. Our other grinders have circular housings for the grinds and they pour neatly into the filter while the filter is in the coffee maker. With the Cuisinart, we now have to hold the filter over the sink and dump the grinds in to avoid getting them on the inside of the coffee maker and all over the counter. I gave it two stars for the hopper and appearance. I don't really recommend.

This type of grinder is supposed to be superior to the type I had previously. I haven't noticed a difference in flavor, freshness, consistency, really any attribute. Additionally, it is messy, the beans get stuck, and the fine coffee particles glue to the chute. I'm going back to my old style.

Superb choice if you are in the market for a coffee grinder. Looks great and has a great company brand behind it. Many settings. Easy to use. Easy to keep clean. A great investment.

Looks nice. Inconsistent measuring causes cups to overfill one day and underfill the next. The coffeemaker develops mold and has stopped filling the pot, causing a filter basket backup and forcing grounds into the coffeemaker's water reservoir.

Overall I'm satisfied with the product. There are some times that it seems like the beans get stuck and it doesn't grind, but when it does, it works just fine.

We've used other coffee mills and grinders in the past and the Supreme Grind automatic Burr Mill is the very best by far. Easy to use, clean, takes up a small area of counter space and does a great job. Best by far!

I had high expectations for this premium coffee grinder, especially given its price tag and upscale marketing — but after several weeks of use, I’m honestly disappointed. Even after careful adjustments; Inconsistent grind size and too much fine powder. Instead of a clean spectrum from coarse to fine, I ended up with a mix of chunky bits and very fine particles which makes a very bitter, sediment-filled brew. I can't recommend this for anyone serious about quality.

Sturdy and reliable... This immersion blender is much more sturdy and ergonomic than the one it is replacing. Not only does it look good, but it feels good. It does the job and has the feel of a sturdy and reliable essential piece of kitchen equipment.

This being the third grinder purchased it seems safe to say I like it. It works reliably, it grinds consistently, and it's not exorbitantly priced. The only complaint is the build up of grounds in inaccessible areas (the reason for the demise of the previous grinders).

This is my second one. We bought the original 7 years ago and it just recently stopped working. Hoped the one we had was still available and IT WAS, halleleuah!!! We love the convenience and preciseness of the grinder and clean-up is a charm. I even have an extra grounds bin and it is the same, for if it breaks. (the original one broke the "trigger pin"). Love this appliance as an addition to my many Cuisinart kitchen tools and more.
