Overall I'm very happy with this grinder but only gave it 4 stars because of the container that the grinds go into. It's kind of cumbersome to pour your fresh grinds from the container into your coffee maker and it makes a mess. Maybe I haven't figured out the technique still and since I only make half a pot I'm not getting enough grinds to effectively just spoon them in. I bought a brush to help consolidate my grinds in the container and then spoon them out. Will see how that goes but if the container was a little narrower or the spout that the grinds come into from the grinder was setup more like a pour spout that would probably make it easier to transfer the grinds into the coffee maker.

This item is as described on the website. Works easily and wonderfully. One of the best features of the coffee grinder has to be the ability to pick from a variety of grinds. Another plus has to be the feature of choosing a setting for how many cups of coffee you wish to make and this machine grinds the right amount of coffee. It’s a pleasure for any coffee lover to own.

Having owned this exact grinder for several years it was time to order a replacement. On receipt we found the new unit would not grind the coffee as fine as our previous unit. We contacted Cuisinart and within a week to ten days we had a replacement delivered. There was no hassle. This company stands behind their product 100%.

My old Cuisinart grinder finally quit on me after about 20 years of use. I replaced it with the same model because it worked so well before. However, there are a few parts on the new one that don’t quite seem to be the same quality as my previous one. The new model is quieter, which I like but only time will tell if it will last as long.

The mill is handsome to look at but using it made me sure that I won't buy Cuisinart products again. I stopped using the grinder some time ago and went back to using my over 30-year-old Kitchen Aide grinder that still worked, but I mistakenly thought I should replace. It's been long enough since I stopped using it that my bad memory of the Cuisinart has blessedly diminished, but three aspects of its poor design leap immediately to mind. First, the feeder tube to the grinding mechanism often jams with normal coffee beans getting caught and then the grinder simply making a noise but not doing anything other than spinning. Second, beans often get caught in the grinder mechanism itself, and the grinder just keeps making a loud noise and spinning with an unground bean stuck in the mechanism. And third, cleaning is needed more often and requires more effort than with my old Kitchen Aide.

Hopper fits a full small size bag of coffee beans. Great for precision coarseness. My one issue is the plastic catch basin. It feels very thin and seems like it will crack easily. The basin also produces an inordinate amount of static, to the point where when using the brush to wipe grounds from the walls it literally sprays out onto my counters

I bought this to start getting back into brewing good coffee versus using a single-serve style system. This grinder works perfectly for a nice, course ground for my French press. I love the large capacity of the hopper. I tend to grind too much at once, but I find that storing the grounds in the collector to be fine...they stay fresh for a couple days or so. I wold definitely recommend this grinder.

This is my first coffee grinder, and after watching some YouTube videos, I bought this. I especially wanted a grinder that would be able to set the amount of cups of coffee. It works great. It's easy to clean too. I've been a Cuisinart customer for years! My only issue is that it's very loud.

This coffee mill is easy operate. It does a great job consistently milling the same amount of coffee automatically and the granular size of the milled coffee is consistent in each mill and from mill to mill. The only issue I have with this unit is that getting the milled coffee out of the machine is messy whether you remove the tank lid or shake the coffee through the tank side inlet hole.

This is my second Supreme Grind® Automatic Burr Mill. The first one broke after three years. At this price point I don't expect much more longevity than that but I am giving it a 3 star review until more time passes to see how long this one lasts. When functioning, the Mill works as represented well.
