This was a replacement for our previous Cuisinart grinder which gave many years of service. The only issue with this grinder is that it seems reticent to properly feed oily beans to the grinder. We use Costco brand medium roast and the beans are very dark and oily and seem to stick to the sides unless I encourage them down the shut by hand. I'm sure that eventually as a coating accumulates on the sides of the hopper the beans will begin to feed normally, the grind itself is quite nice but figuring out the correct setting has been an issue because of the feed problem

Does not grind the correct amount of coffee according to what we set on the grinder. Occasionally the grinder turns on but does not actually grind any coffee. We bought this as a replacement for the identical grinder we used for a number of years. We're using the grinder but actually measuring the ground coffee before we make our coffee each day.

For some reason the beans jamb up in the grinder. I simply pour the hopper about 75% full every 3 days. When it grinds about a third of the time you can hear it whine with no beans being ground. This is the reason we got rid of the last grinder we had and went to better brand(we thought)

I really like burr mill grinders and was very excited to get a new one. I read the instruction, had my coffee pot all ready to go, and the grinder did not work. It's very disappointing to buy something brand new and it doesn't work. I can't go and return things because I'm basically bed bound and I don't drive, so now I have this just sitting in my closet in the box it came in, I even registered my product. Very sad...

This is the third of these grinders that's I've had. not because of poor quality, but the contrary. I use my grinder almost daily. spread that over tears, it's alot of use. the design has largely remained the same over past 10 years. Would I purchase again: yes Would I recommend to others: yea

This item is as described on the website. Works easily and wonderfully. One of the best features of the coffee grinder has to be the ability to pick from a variety of grinds. Another plus has to be the feature of choosing a setting for how many cups of coffee you wish to make and this machine grinds the right amount of coffee. It’s a pleasure for any coffee lover to own.

I was looking for a coffee grinder because they don't have them in grocery stores anymore. At least not near me. I use a french press to make my coffee and I didn't like using a spice/coffee grinder. This coffee grinder is perfect. Love it. Only had it for a month or so but it will grind coffee to your specific needs. I recommend it very much.

I’ve been grinding my coffee for the past 10 years using an old Mr Coffee grinder that refused to die. The flavor and quality was all over the place. I’ve been using this cuisinart for a month now and I love it. Every cup is the same smooth quality. I’m enjoying everything about this new grinder.

Purchased this product a month ago and just love it! Was looking for an alternative for buying ground coffee, being more natural. Found out a lot of “additives “ in pre ground coffee. My Burr Mill grinder allows me to grind either a fresh pot, or just a fresh cup of coffee beans. I love the different size of grind. I don’t have to change machines for espresso!

I have been more than satisfied with this model of Cuisinart grinder for more than 10 years. When the grinder expired a few weeks ago, I checked the internet to see what was available to replace that grinder, I was pleased to note that it was still highly rated by consumers. I purchased a replacement that has been working beautifully.
