This grinder is awesome. It has so many levels of grinding that you can get the course grounds you need to do a French press but also the fine grounds you need to do espresso. Perfect for an at home barista. The only problem I have had with it is that it collects water in the bean hopper when put in the dishwasher to clean it. The manual says that all removal parts are top rack dishwasher safe. But I can’t get the water to drain out of the bean hopper, which is frustrating and will probably cause mold or other issues later.

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present because he likes to buy whole coffee beans. He had been using a very loud ninja grinder (with blades) so I did some research and learned that a burr mill is much better for this job. My husband loves all the features of this product and I love the smell of fresh ground coffee in the morning!

I’m a French press every morning kinda gal and this grinder works perfect! It truly has made a difference in the taste and quality of my coffee. I had a basic grinder for years. I didn’t know what I was missing. You set the grind to what kind of coffee you are making and the amount according to the size of your press or carafe. I’ve many Cuisinart small appliances and they’ve all been great!

Overall we are very happy with this grinder after about a month of use. We like that you set the number of cups, press start, and it shuts off on it's own. It is loud, so you may want to do your grinding before bed if you're up before others in the house. The only complaint is you have to be careful when you pour the ground coffee from the canister directly into your filter. The canister is wide enough that coffee can easily get all over if not careful. You can use the scoop to avoid this. Overall we would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these before, but my brand new one has a great grind, as I grind a finer coffee ground but when I take it out of the container or the container out of the machine, it flies all over the place. I had more ground coffee on the counter and on the floor🤷‍♀️

I purchase coffee beans and prefer to grind as needed. Having this Burr Grinder at my fingertips so I can grind when I am ready to use, rewards us with excellent coffee each morning. I have never been disappointed with any Cuisinart product and I have a Cuisinart user since the very first Food Processor was introduced in the USA!

This burr grinder is absolutely perfect if you use a French press coffee maker! We’ve been so pleased by how it automatically grinds the exact amount you need for a pot, and by how well the coarse grind option works for a French press. It is beautifully made and makes a satisfying “click” when you place the coffee container back in the grinder...

This is the third time I have purchased this grinder. The other two were just worn out. This one is very loud and scale/slider bar is off. In the other two machines I could set the grinder to 8 and that would be the correct amount for my pot. On this one I need to set it to OVER 12 cups to get it to grind the same amount that the other two ground at the 8 cup setting. The grind is also different. Set at the same grind as the other two and it is very coarse. I’m not pleased with this unit at all. Down the road, when this one wears out, I will be considering another manufacturer.

Great grinder except for the plastic grind cup static electricity issue. After top removed and while scooping out or pouring from cup, enough grounds to make a mess come flying out and stick to everything close by, including outside of cup. Should be made of metal.

An excellent little grinder for the cost. The hopper is large, and the grinder operates fairly quickly. It's nice that you only have to push one button after you get your settings set. The last bit that comes out of the grinder seems to be extra fine and sort of powdery when you open the container. I do wish there was not a top on the container where the coffee grounds are collected, as it requires a bit of a mess to remove it.
