If you want the freshest cup of coffee EVERY day, then you need to grind it yourself. Keep it simple with this Burr grinder that creates tiny chips of beans that when exposed to hot water, release their full flavor. Beans are Not burned like in old style blade grinder. Full flavor comes out. Easy to clean up. Keep only a small amount of beans in the hopper for each day.

After reading lots of reviews and learning what experts and ordinary folks like me liked or didn't like about coffee grinders, this one stood out above all others, especially in this price range. Overall, we're very happy with the results. We have experienced one detractor that others have also experienced. The coffee blend we prefer also contains whole macadamia nuts which are considerably larger than coffee beans, so several of these can block the narrow opening from the feeder to the grinder. The included brush can sometimes be used to clear the blockage, or you may need to remove the feeder (very easy) to get beans fed into the grinder. If all you grind is coffee beans, this should not be an issue. If I chop the nuts before putting them in the feeder, everything works as intended. I would definitely recommend this grinder to friends. It exceeds all my expectations.

Good equipment, does an excellent job of burr grinding, coffee tastes great because of it. If there's a drawback it is because the plastic cup into which the coffee grinds fly creates static and causes the grinds to cling to the cup. When the lid is removed some of the grinds tend to be uncooperative and end up on the counter, the floor, the dishes ... you get the picture. So, a word of caution. After grinding, open carefully and slowly over the sink or a large container. Synopsis: The machine is great and does the job well; but it's a little messy.

This product does an awesome job of grinding I like the whole bean fill hopper and the finished grind container which allows you to grind a little or a lot by just adjusting the control dial I would highly recommend this grinder for anyone looking for a coffee grinder

This is a great little grinder. I didn't give it 5 stars because it won't grind the last bean or two. I guess it would work better if one used the hopper to store the beans but I don't do it that way. I measure out what I need--depending on which coffee I want that morning--and then put into the hopper. Other than that, it is what I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third unit over many years. This new one seems to vibrate much more than other. Much louder also. putting the cover on while grinding would quiet the operation but not with this one. Very loud covered or not. Still works good though.

I was spending so much money on another popular type of coffee and needed to make a change. I had a french press but needed a coffee grinder. Did some research and found that the automatic Burr Mill is the beat kind of grinder and Cuisinart came to my rescue. It has I believe 20 different grinds and for my french press, the coarse grind is perfect. I love it so much. Now every morning I feel pampered. Thanks Cuisinart. Love my Automatic Burr coffee grinder.

Had the old version for 6 years. This one looks the same, but it’s noticeably quieter. Main issue is the control for grind quantity. It seems to grind the same amount for 3 or 4 clicks, like from 3-6 on the slider. I do a pour over every morning and I have to change my routine now. At the same setting as the old one it doesn’t grind enough. One extra click and it grinds too much. I will now need to grind too much and store the extra. It’s annoying.

Bought about 4 months ago and love this grinder. Been trying lots of different whole bean coffees with it. The smell and the freshness are great. Could not be any happier with the grinder. Lots of settings and easy operation and very little clean-up.

Great coffee starts with fresh-ground beans! I’ve had my eye on this product for awhile. I read good reviews of its positive & negative attributes. After finally making the purchase & using it for a few months now, overall I’d say the positive far outweighs any negatives. Mine works perfectly, with a whole range of grinding levels from very coarse—coarse—fine (w/many gradients of in between) and holds more than enough beans at once, which is another big plus over my classic Krups grinder. It also cleans up easily. The grinds can get a little “staticky” but this is a pretty minor point, nothing to worry about IMHO. After my own deliberations, I’m very happy with my purchase. I am amazed how much better my coffee tastes, whether French Press or Keurig w/reusable K-Cup, with fresh-ground beans. I’d definitely buy this again.
