I had one for 30 years and one day it stopped working, so I went out and got the exact same one to replace it. Then the old one started working again after I thoroughly cleaned it out. Decided to keep the new one and put the old one in a vacation home. What can I say, it does the job, you can’t kill it even if you try and it does what it’s supposed to. It grinds your coffee from very fine to coarse based on your preference. It’s easy to take apart and clean and you can store 1/2 lb of beans in it. You just choose the number of cups of coffee you want to make and the grind level, press the button and out comes the ground coffee ready to use. It does the job over and over and over...

I received this grinder as a birthday gift, so only been using for few weeks. I love the simplicity and ease of operation. The burr grinder is the best way to grind the coffee beans. And this one is not real noisy. No grinder I know of is quiet anyway. It shuts off when the selected measurement of beans are ground. I’ve experimented with the cup setting to get the number of tablespoons I need for my mug and it works perfectly. I look forward to years of flawless usage.

I had a Cuisinart coffee maker with the built-in burr grinder that I absolutely loved. It was refurbished and still lasted over 12 years. It finally died a few weeks ago and it's not a good time to replace it so I pivoted to my French press and cold brew. However, my only grinder was a cute hand mill that was lovely for camping or a special occasion French Press got really tedious to use on the daily. I think I love this grinder on its own even better than built into the brewer. The micro grounds that build up in the brewer have to be swept out every time you refill the hopper on the coffee maker but this grinder manages to spit them out at the end of the grind in a clump that sticks to the top and side of the thing that catches the gounds. I just sweep them out before tipping the grounds I want into the French press or cold brew filter. It's brilliant. One day I'll replace that coffee maker but for now I'm enjoying special occasion coffee very morning.

Good equipment, does an excellent job of burr grinding, coffee tastes great because of it. If there's a drawback it is because the plastic cup into which the coffee grinds fly creates static and causes the grinds to cling to the cup. When the lid is removed some of the grinds tend to be uncooperative and end up on the counter, the floor, the dishes ... you get the picture. So, a word of caution. After grinding, open carefully and slowly over the sink or a large container. Synopsis: The machine is great and does the job well; but it's a little messy.

Had another steel burr grinder from another well known brand, lasted less than 100 uses. I've used this one about ten times now, and it seems to be of a much better quality: It is easier to clean, has a more powerful motor, and I like the grind. I am pleased with my purchase. Note: I only grind coarse, for my cold brew.

This works as it should. I bought it to replace a Krupts unit that did a good job, but only made about 7cups of coffee per grind. I usually need to make 10 cups every morning for my household. The Supreme Grind allows me to make more cups of coffee.

My son introduced me to this grinder, when he first gave me one as a gift. He and my daughter began using theirs because they got hooked on using a French Press. Before he gave me burr grinder, he bought me my first Cuisinart coffee maker. My family and I appreciate quality.

This is a more automated machine than I am used to. It parcels out a precise number of beans according to a setting that I provide. It will then grind them to a degree of granularity which number I also provide. It turns out to be quite a simple operation. Jo4hn is happy.

Great coffee starts with fresh-ground beans! I’ve had my eye on this product for awhile. I read good reviews of its positive & negative attributes. After finally making the purchase & using it for a few months now, overall I’d say the positive far outweighs any negatives. Mine works perfectly, with a whole range of grinding levels from very coarse—coarse—fine (w/many gradients of in between) and holds more than enough beans at once, which is another big plus over my classic Krups grinder. It also cleans up easily. The grinds can get a little “staticky” but this is a pretty minor point, nothing to worry about IMHO. After my own deliberations, I’m very happy with my purchase. I am amazed how much better my coffee tastes, whether French Press or Keurig w/reusable K-Cup, with fresh-ground beans. I’d definitely buy this again.
