Just an awful device. the grinding is extremely loud and whiny, and unless you fill up the grinder all the waythe beans constantly jump out of the grinder, making it harder to effectively dose how much coffee you want per grinding session as you're required to fill it up more than you want, and the cup slider is very inconsistent as well. the way the grounds are shot into the container is messy and hard to clear out as well, I'll be replacing this device and throwing it in the garbage soon as i can.

Love this product. Easy to use. Consistent flavor daily because of the grind settings. Love that you can keep the coffee in the vault on top. But I would only recommend that if you drink coffee daily. Because you’re looking for the freshest coffee and coffee is suppose to be stored in an airtight container. So if any opportunities for this product, it’s that.

I received my grinder as a gift, for Christmas and I was so excited to use it! You’ll love playing with all the grinding options and it’s quick and easy to use. I use it every day, fresh turkey press is my favorite . The only improvement would be to make it a grinder/brewer go straight from grind to brew options! I recommend this grinder over all othe others in the stores right now.

Works good, I feel the number of cups setting for the grind is not accurate. I run it at least 2 - 2.5 cups below the setting for the 10 cups on the coffee maker . Plastic container that the ground coffee go into creates too much static and the grounds stick to the container

I love how easy this machine is to dial in, set up and clean! With so many options, it makes getting the freshest cup of coffee easy as pie. My only complaint with this device is how easily the freshly ground coffee sticks to the inside of the cup device.

This burr mill fills my needs and is a good choice for the price point. It replaces a 5-6 year old model (same one) that had a motor burn out. Should have lasted longer. I grind my beans daily, and the settings easily allow me to choose the grind and the quantity. The top bean reservoir is sufficient -- any larger would be too much. The biggest ding is the plastic bin for the ground coffee: static electricity is a problem, causing cling. Cleaning is simple enough. I don't put the plastic parts in the dishwasher, preferring to wash them by hand. Cleaning the shoot from the grinder is easy.

The mill is easy to operate and clean. It is quiet compared to my last burr grinder (Mr. Coffee) and is a higher quality unit. I wish the start button was a start/stop button because I sometimes misjudge the setting for the amount of beans I load and the hopper will be empty but the motor is still running so I have to slide the switch to off to stop it. Overall this is a great grinder for the price!

Great product, but seems to only last about 1-2 years before you need another one. However, their warranty is great. Our last grinder was acting wonky after only having it for about 6 months, and I was able to easily and quickly get a replacement. Great grinder for the price.

This is the second grinder of this model. This current model grinds extremely fine, I have to set it at a med grind to get the same grind as the original. Also it shuts off when the bin is only about 15% full. It’s a pain having to restart the grind so many times. Wish my old one still worked 😖

This is a great grinder. We have been using the single serve coffee ground holders with our single serve pot for a long time. We get very little coffee ground dust in the cups now compared to when we were using a mill grinder. It is fast and easy to use. Pour beans in the hopper, select toe amount you want ground and press start. You don't have stand by it while it grinds as it is automatic.
