Grinds beans well and has multiple settings for coarseness of gring. Only real issue is that not all of the grinds make it in to the collection container. Some come out the side and get on the counter. Not a lot, but irritating that I have to clean uo the coubter after each use.

We bought the new coffee grinder to replace the exact model we ran for 5 yrs every day. Sadly this new one seems to have an issue with grinding the beans. We have switch up the dial from fine to coarse to no avail. We may need to reach out to the manufacturer. The previous one worked great, just wore out.

I love this grinder! The settings give me nice coffee to use in a variety of ways: French press, aero press, pour over, and moka pot. My husband got this for me for my birthday and I cried because I had previously been using a hand grinder (great for the vintage looks but hard on the hands). This is so quick and easy and makes my coffee routine so enjoyable.

This grinder does a great job grinding our coffee beans. It is a bit messy, but what do you expect of a grinder for grinding coffee beans. I just let the grounds settle prior to opening the grounds container. I have been pleased with the ease of use and efficiency of this burr mill.

Exceptional product. Was usning my handheld and it just was not getting the job done. Took a chance on this unit hoping that I would get the results I wanted. The grind control is easy and consistan once you find your ideal position. I ended up one click to the left of Medium and the results were phenomenal.

I searched for a burr grinder to get consistent grinding results and saw the Cuisinart Automatic Burr Mill. I've had good service from other Cuisinart products and trusted that it would serve me well. Other owners gave this burr grinder high ratings. I like that I am able to select one of 18 grind settings from fine to course and the amount that is automatically ground from 2 to 18 cups. It is relatively quiet compared to other grinders I have had. It has a small footprint conserving shelf space. I have been pleased to date with the Cuisinart Automatic Burr Mill.

Love it! Fast and easy. It grinds exactly the way I need coffee ground for my Keurig. It is easy to clean up. I love the drawer the grinds go into. I had an older model which was a major pain to scoop the ground coffee from - this model makes it so easy and neat.

This is the third one of this model I have purchased. It remains the top standard, for the daily grind, being reasonably priced and generally durable. When using any oiled beans, regular cleaning of the burr mill components and clearing out some air coming vents will be needed. This third one is definitely noisier than the two predecessors, each of which lasted about 5 years. The included cone shaped measuring cup works pretty well as a one-for-one level scoop per water cup measurement. One must be careful to determine if the cup measurements are 6 or 8 ounce cups before settling on a daily standard. These items are widely available online or at shops, such as Kohl's, where I purchased mine on a sale day :-) Generally, I am a very happy camper!

Pretty good grinder overall - my only complaint is the coffee sticks to the sides of the plastic fill cup due to static electricity which kind of makes a mess if you take the top off the fill cup to pour the contents into your coffee maker. Instead, leave the top on and tap the cup several times to empty contents into the coffee maker filter basket. You're still left with some residue inside the fill cup, but it's manageable. Like the grinder performance and adjustable grind thickness settings. End result: my coffee tastes great!

I purchased this product about a month ago. It’s my 1st time making my own coffee drink @ home & this couldn’t be any easier. The Burr Mill has different degrees of coarseness. It takes less then 5 minutes to make a gallon of cold brew. I also purchased a nylon bag to put the grounds in & then submerged that in the pitcher of filtered water & 12 hrs later I have perfectly cold brewed coffee. Like I said in the title “Perfectly Easy”
