It's noisy, the beans don't fall right causing periods of empty grinding, the static causes the coffee to stick to the plastic container, and I find the lid doesn't come off easy which could lead to spills. This is very disappointing for a Cuisinart product.

We replaced our existing Cuisinart Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill, which died after over 20 years of daily service, with the same model. We liked the features and performance or the old unit so we decided to replace it with the same model. We are very satisfied.

The burr grinder is a flat grinder. I’m not sure if this makes a difference. The grind is consistent but it does take its time. The hopper is a good feature allowing a large quantity of beans to be ground. The controls are easy to use and work appropriately. The bin catching the grind is neat and tidy with no dust or spillage. The bin has a removable lid which allows for easy emptying. All in all it’s a good grinder but you need to be patient and take the time to let it do its job.

Having the choice of the coarseness of the coffee is a winner to me. I have had my grinder for over 10 years and it is still going strong.

I'm bought the grinder as a replacement for a same model that I bought 4 years ago. While it works well, you can see a decline in the product quality. The amount selection slider button is flimsy and I'm afraid it will break as opposed to my original one that did not wobble and slid smoothly. The motor sounds like a lawnmower, not as strong consistent sounding as my original one. Otherwise it's nice overall. But I don't think this one will last me 4 years.

This is my first automatic grinder, and I love it. I'm only giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because it makes more noise than I thought it would and my dogs hate that, but honestly it's really good. I tried different setups (which are stupid easy to learn), and every time I got both the amount of coffee I expected, and the proper grind. I also tried grinding some coffee the night before using it, to see if some flavor and aroma would be lost and it wasn't. Pretty solid and good price! Just wished it was a bit quieter.

It was great when we first got it. The reservoir that holds the grinded beans discolored. We can no longer see thru the container. There is a wax coating on the inside of the grinder and does not do what it is suppose to. Waste of money. It is useless now.

I like the grinding feature of the Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill. However, there is a terrible static issue with the ground coffee. It gets everywhere when trying to use the ground coffee. I was excited to grind beans fresh daily, but resorted to filling a glass container for weekly use. I believe if the container for the ground beans was stainless steel, like the rest of the grinder, this would not happen. I'm thinking about returning the grinder, unless this issue can be easily resolved. I'm tired of cleaning up flying grounds whenever I use it.

My old one finally gave up the fight. The old one was OLD and lasted well. I thought well I will research and see what is the best out now. (Reason I brought the old one) My search produced more reviews that if it didn’t list this one at #1, it was in the top 3. So I brought one just like it! Quality lasts!

We wore out our old coffee grinder after using it daily for several years. However, we always really liked it and decided to order an identical model. This is it! I can’t tell you yet how much we like this one since it is brand new, but we loved the old one!
