[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grinder was a gift. At first I wasn't so sure I would like it but as it turned out, I love this grinder. Having the choice of the coarseness of the coffee is a winner to me. I have had my grinder for over 10 years and it is still going strong.

The grinder was purchased to replace an older exact same model. The product did not perform anything like the old model, it would spin without letting the coffee beans fall into the burrs. I could not see any difference between the old and the new, it worked if l put the old spout on the new machine…go figure

My old one finally gave up the fight. The old one was OLD and lasted well. I thought well I will research and see what is the best out now. (Reason I brought the old one) My search produced more reviews that if it didn’t list this one at #1, it was in the top 3. So I brought one just like it! Quality lasts!

This grinder is wonderful. I love a fresh ground coffee bean to add a little extra magic to my mundane mornings. I love the adjustable grind sizes to get the ideal texture I’m looking for. You can also adjust the amount of beans you’d like to grind. I love all the features of this little magic machine. Nothing beats the smell of freshly ground beans.

The burr grinder is a flat grinder. I’m not sure if this makes a difference. The grind is consistent but it does take its time. The hopper is a good feature allowing a large quantity of beans to be ground. The controls are easy to use and work appropriately. The bin catching the grind is neat and tidy with no dust or spillage. The bin has a removable lid which allows for easy emptying. All in all it’s a good grinder but you need to be patient and take the time to let it do its job.

This is a wonderful coffee grinder. Set your desired grind, the number of cups you're brewing and go. Does a great job, it's consistent and these grinders last for years, if not decades. Components are dishwasher safe - which is a bonus! I highly recommend this grinder.

When our Cuisinart Coffee Grinder finally stopped working after many years, we ordered a replacement (same model). So far, we are not as happy with this one - it doesn't seem to be working well. The button was stuck when I first plugged it in. I jiggled it and it worked, but the coarseness does not seem to adjust at all. It comes out fine and is much too weak if we leave it at the exact number of cups. It seems to be working fairly well now, although the coarseness still can't be adjusted. I didn't want to go to the trouble of trying to return it so we're living with it.

I expected this product to be better than what it was. The one I received I ended up returning it, due to not being able to adjust the grind. Between two clicks. Meaning, from one click was super fine to a coarser grind was way too coarse. This is why I returned it. Hopefully, it was just the one I received, but I would expect a better quality product from Cuisinart.

It was a pleasure grinding my first 2.2lbs of coffee. It was easy to fill the hopper, turn the hopper to adjust how course or fine I wanted my coffee, and select how many cups I wanted it to grind. The grinder was also easy to wash and dry before its first use. You have to unscrew the hopper to remove it and reinstall it by turning it clockwise until it stops and then turn it counterclockwise to your desired setting.

We repurchased the same grinder model that we had for several years. However, the new one did not grind efficiently, it whizzed a lot of air, seemingly missing the beans. It only filled the container half full, unlike the previous one, which filled container to the top. It also felt very warm after having to grind twice as many times to get the same amount of grounds. We gave it a few tries but finally had to return it, and are now hesitant to repurchase a Cuisinart grinder.
