I expected this product to be better than what it was. The one I received I ended up returning it, due to not being able to adjust the grind. Between two clicks. Meaning, from one click was super fine to a coarser grind was way too coarse. This is why I returned it. Hopefully, it was just the one I received, but I would expect a better quality product from Cuisinart.

This is a wonderful coffee grinder. Set your desired grind, the number of cups you're brewing and go. Does a great job, it's consistent and these grinders last for years, if not decades. Components are dishwasher safe - which is a bonus! I highly recommend this grinder.

This coffee grinder produces a consistent grind every time. Once I have set the size of grind and the quantity of grind for my coffeepot, I get a consistently good brew with every pot. The grinder is a bit noisy, but it is a coffee grinder after all. This is my second Cuisinart grinder. I have one at another house that I have been using and enjoying for years. It has been reliable and trouble free, and I expect the same from this machine.

This grinder is wonderful. I love a fresh ground coffee bean to add a little extra magic to my mundane mornings. I love the adjustable grind sizes to get the ideal texture I’m looking for. You can also adjust the amount of beans you’d like to grind. I love all the features of this little magic machine. Nothing beats the smell of freshly ground beans.

This is one of the most well designed coffee grinders I have ever used! I have used some in the past that is a four step or more process and makes a mess when I try to transfer the grounds to my coffee maker. I recently bought a Cuisinart coffee maker and decided to try to use the stand alone Cuisinart coffee bean grinder because I love this brand. I can load the hopper up with a week’s worth of beans, set the coarseness to my husband and my liking, and the amount of cups that we desire. Basically, after I set it up, it is defaulted to our daily likes. From that point on, I just hit the start button in the morning, pull the hopper out and shake the grounds out through the opening in the hopper directly to the filter basket in my Cuisinart coffee maker with absolutely no mess!! I highly recommend this product.

I needed an accurate and consistent grinder for making large batches of cold brew. After a lot of research, this burr grinder was recommended the most so I took a chance. I am so happy I did. The grind is consistent, the selection for coarseness allows me to quickly change between coarse for cold brew and fine/medium for my drip hot brew. Filling the container is dead simple and cleanup is a cinch. My only complaint, and it’s extremely minor, is the shape of the grind container requires some thought when pouring to not make a mess. Very small niggle.

The grinder is just OK. Lots of grind size adjustment possible (almost too much). The main challenge with this design is inconsistency in the grind amount. Since the grinder uses a timer, the amount of ground coffee varies a lot if beans get hung up or don't flow into the burr mill smoothly. I have to grind more than I need and then use a scale to ensure proper coffee:water ratio.

Grinder is a nice compact unit, but doesn’t feed well on the finer grind levels. Medium clogs the beans and you have to continuously turn to a larger level during the process to open. Also, the container should be metal vs plastic along with the number of cup selector. A bit chintzy for the money

This device grinds well. That is the last of the positives. Cons are that it is incredibly loud, doesn’t feed beans well so it constantly gets louder and stops grinding, and the dump cup is awkwardly large, static, and rectangle which makes it very hard to dump into a coffee maker without getting grounds all over. Would not recommend this product as is.
