Love this product. Easy to use. Consistent flavor daily because of the grind settings. Love that you can keep the coffee in the vault on top. But I would only recommend that if you drink coffee daily. Because you’re looking for the freshest coffee and coffee is suppose to be stored in an airtight container. So if any opportunities for this product, it’s that.

I've had this grinder for less than a month and I have to agree from other reviewers that it is very noisy. On a plus note, the amount of static generated from the ground coffee is minimal so at least it doesn't fly everywhere upon opening the lid. Disappointingly, however, it has already seemingly failed once. After grinding some beans it was still spinning but not grinding. After a thorough cleaning of the grinding chamber, I was able to get it to work again which suggests that perhaps coffee grinds were preventing it from operating further. This device has ONE task and that is to grind coffee beans so I'm not sure why they would prevent the grinding wheel to do its only job. Otherwise, the grinder works as described and achieves a grind I like.

I used to just use a spice mill to grind coffee for my french press. Took a little experimentation with settings to find the grind that I liked with this model but it works well and quickly . I would give it 5 stars but I wish it could be set for grinding 2 chips (4 is the smallest ammt). The way I make coffee their 4 cup setting makes 2 cups of the strength I like.

Disappointing and very messy. The settings are not accurate for anything in between fine or coarse. The grinds were everywhere and the brush wasn’t useful because the fringes remained stuck. Despite trying several times, coffee brewed like dirty water with no flavor. Would not recommend this grinder.

This machine produces the perfect espresso grind. this is the first time using a grinder but to my surprise it produces a grind just like I found in the coffees I like that came pre-ground. An not with this machine I am assured that the beans are ground right before I pull my espresso shots!

I've been using a blade grinder for many years. The one I had finally started acting up. I purchased the Cuisinart b u r r grinder, it couldn't be more impressed. Granted I've only had it for a short time but as long as it holds up it seems to be an excellent product. Much like all the other Cuisinart kitchen appliances are purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't have a definite position for the number of cups ground(means it can be easilymovedor set incorrectly) , nor does it appear to do the same amount every grind (even when setting isn't changed)

A bit loud but grinds well and pleased for the job it does however, the coffee grinds container is very static and the coffee grinds tends to stick and act wild within the statically charged container which is plastic. I use my stainless steel frosting spatula to tame or to gather and scrap off grinds from plastic sides. The statically charged coffee grinds will jump out of the container at times or when you try to scoop some out of the container. The other issue about the container is how cumbersome it is to put back or take out the container from the grinder machine. It has a very tiny "catch" mound that clicks when you insert the container correctly but if you don't, it won't go into the dock correctly which at times can be frustrating. Anyway I know what to do to be able to use it right so as long as it makes good grinds, I plan to keep it.

We really like our Supreme Burr coffee Mill Grinder. we have used the same coffee for years and this grinder has completely changed the flavor. it has a fuller more robust taste. and we use less coffee. it's a beautiful coffee grinder and made really well, so we leave it sitting on the counter.
