There's nothing in the morning that I enjoy more than a cup of coffee with freshly grounded beans. This grinder has a somewhat good grind (although grounds sometimes comes out uneven - - even at the more fine setting). The problem is the "experience" of the mess it consistently makes due to the immensely strong static container. And having to constantly clean up the mess after each use. I'd probably give it 4 stars if it had an anti-static container but there's no option for one. Coming from a grinder that had an anti-static container for two years...that was my mistake for not realizing all containers aren't equal. Still...seems like it should be no-brainer for companies to include one in their grinders. Will be thoughtful in my next grinder purchase, but in the meantime....I can't really recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband surprised me with the grinder! We have started doing espresso coffee at home. We prefer to grind our own beans!! This little workhouse if a grinder is exceptional! I would highly recommend it! Plus, we love Cuisinart products !

Does a good job of grinding up the coffee. Different grind settings and I like that you can enter the amount of coffee to grind. Only downside is that it is very messy, transferring the coffee out of the container. Even with a fairly course grind it sticks to the inside of the container, remove the lid and coffee goes all over the place.

Beans seem to get stuck in the hopper and you need to shake the machine every now and then to get the beans grinding again. A little messy taking the grounds out of the grounds container. But overall strong motor so I can grind enough coffee to fill my one pound can.

We have used this mill for years. Our first one was at a friend home where we left it with them. Now we have the new one at home. The mill is capable of milling fine or coarse depending on the preference. We use it daily and rinse the cup after each use. We find the quality & taste of fresh ground beans so much better. We truly miss this device when we are away from home.

This coffee bean grinder is great! It only took 2 days to receive delivery. It was easy to order online and the multiple pictures of all aspect view’s helped me make the best decision on which grinder best meets my needs. I love the ease of use and cleanup. Works great!

Si I was accustomed to using a hand grinder to get a perfect French press grind. I was hesitant to get an electric one but this was a great purchase! Select the grind from espresso to corse which I use for cold brewing in a 2 liter mason jar. Now hopefully it will last as long as my hand grinder did.

Grinds beans well and has multiple settings for coarseness of gring. Only real issue is that not all of the grinds make it in to the collection container. Some come out the side and get on the counter. Not a lot, but irritating that I have to clean uo the coubter after each use.

I am giving only three stars as the plastic housing for the ground coffee has a lot of static electricity causing the fine grounds to fly everywhere. I try to tap the grounds down to no avail. Also even though I have the setting on 4 cups the actual amount ground isn’t even enough for one espresso. I would not recommend this product to a friend.

I had done my homework when I was search for a good quality coffee grinder. I am very please with the choose I made. I like the size, all the functions and style of the grinder. You can adjust how much coffee beans to grind as well as choose the setting from coarse to fine when grinding the coffee beans. I’d read the opinions of others regarding this grinder and I disagree with you all about the noise. If my coffee grinder didn’t make any noise I would had thought something is wrong with it. It’s easy to use and practical. I would highly recommend this coffee grinder.
