Works very well, a multitude of different levels for grinding from very fine to coarse grind. Easy to clean up and does the job. I am not a coffee drinker buy my spouse is so he is enjoying trying different types of beans and learning the differences in taste baste on blend and the way it is groung. Customer service is great!!

Great Product. I purchased this grinder after my other big name brand started malfunctioning. I would get it to work, for it to just keep giving me issues. The beans would get stuck and jam the grinder or the grounds were not matching the setting. So far this grinder has exceeded my expectations.

I bought this to replace another of the exact same model that stopped working. Although this looks the same, and is the same model, it doesn’t perform the way the previous one did. If I set this one to 8 cups, I have to grind beans twice ti get the 8 cups rather than it doing it the first time. It could just be a bad grinder but, I really didn’t want to have to deal with the hassle of returning it for another one.

I bought this recently to replace an eight year old previous incarnation which I'd finally progressed to over-stressing with large near-continuous runs. Turns out there was a fusible link in the old one but I didn't have the time or patience to go after it to fix it. The new unit works just as well, but with the added improvement of a thermal disconnect and reset - and I've already had the chance to verify that it works! Very nice - still makes the very best custom grind for my fussy Italian brewer.

The grinder is disappointing because the number of cups one the indicator is inaccurate. It is not based on the 2 TBS. standard coffee measure. for instance, 4 cups is barely enough to brew 2 cups! I would prefer if I did not have to measure each time I grind coffee. It would be better if I could just fill the dispenser with coffee beans and have the cup indicatior be accurate! I would not recommend this to anyone.

The machine works very well, but it has two issues. 1: it is quite loud, but it is a grinder so that comes with it, no big deal. 2: it is very messy when getting the ground coffee out of the machine. The plastic bin was not the best material as the grounds stick to it quite easily and you have to scrape many of them out (I use a butter knife). On the whole, I still like it and have gotten used to putting the ground coffee into the filter over the open door of my dishwasher.

This is a very neat product with many different grind options from espresso to French roast grind with cup size options. It does a great job grinding properly in all settings. The only thing I would tell people is you have to adjust the cup setting for the type of coffee brewed or grinding. It even recommends this in the Instructions. For instance, if you’re grinding espresso you may need less cups ground because it’s finer ground to brew a cup of espresso. Conversely, you may need to grind additional cups of coffee for French press as it is coarser ground. I currently grind 6 cups at course ground to make 4 cups of French press coffee. I like my coffee Rich and dark but not super dark to where it’s bitter. This formula works perfect for me. You have to experiment a little for your personal taste.

I really enjoy product..the only downfall is getting the inside cleaned out. The main funnel and the deposit container are east to clean,,but the spout and the main motor where the bean get milled is hard to clean.. and afraid of the moisture from the beans growing something,,,,,

I used to buy Starbucks Travelers every Sunday for church. I decided to buy a coffee urn and make the coffee myself. I soon found out I needed to buy a coffee grinder so I could grind the beans on a course setting. I bought this Cuisnart Coffee Grinder Supreme Grind and it does exactly what I needed it to do. Very easy to use and I would highly recommend it!

I have reviewed numerous coffee grinders and even purchased several. For this grinder, I intentionally used the word "perfect" because it is truly my concluded thought regarding this machine. It does everything I desire as to making the desired coffee grind, reasonable in cost and does NOT make a miserable mess during its operation.
