Lasted 8 hours with no need to change. Regular trash disposal. Up on walking, the guard gets wrinkled and slightly leaky.

It absorbed an entire cup of water, no leaks. The packaging was very discreet and the outer material the guard came in seemed flushable. The guard itself seemed very durable and would last for quite sometime. It has an adhesive sticker on inside to attach to briefs, which I don't own. Not made for regular boxers.

My aging dad has been going through some medical treatments that have caused him to lose control of his bladder. These guards have stopped much of the mess, kept him looking and feeling more dry, and helped his dignity. They have become second-nature and relatively comfortable and certainly are not noticeable under his pants/shorts. Grateful for this product.
