My aging dad has been going through some medical treatments that have caused him to lose control of his bladder. These guards have stopped much of the mess, kept him looking and feeling more dry, and helped his dignity. They have become second-nature and relatively comfortable and certainly are not noticeable under his pants/shorts. Grateful for this product.

Honestly these depends protection seem durable and still allowed movement under your day to day clothes. The do seem true to size with some stretch in the upper legs.

Will not work with open leg boxer shorts there is an adhesive but will still fall. Need to use with briefs or boxer briefs . Similar to a pad a women would use but better than wearing a diaper if your not ready for that.

I wasn't able to wear it long though as it is not breathable, was very hot, made me sweat. So no matter the quality, it's not wearable to me.

There was some leakage at some point, but it did absorb most of it. The packaging and design are subtle and easy to manage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depends Men Fresh Protection Guards are quality but need work. Let’s start with the icky part, yea I’m talking about the adhesive. It’s terrible until it touches skin. And fellas you know what skin I’m talking about. When that happened, which was every time for me I thought what was I doing wrong? Nothing come to find out the adhesive doesn’t like athletic or polyester. Which is a BIG downfall to me. I’m giving 4 stars because of the absorbing quality and comfort. You don’t get any noise really, they can be awkward feeling in shorts. The packaging was the nicest part of it all. They did a great job with that. Overall I would say if you wear cotton, you’re good to go here, athletic like me and 80% of men right now want breathable fabric. Hope this helps someone.
