[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are lowkey clutch. They came in handy for my grandfather. Slim enough you barely notice them but they hold you down, no leaks and no stress. Comfortable, they stay in place, and keep you fresh all day. Real life saver if you’re looking for something dependable but discreet.

Will not work with open leg boxer shorts there is an adhesive but will still fall. Need to use with briefs or boxer briefs . Similar to a pad a women would use but better than wearing a diaper if your not ready for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's easy to use. Just need to peel the paper strip and stick it to the inside of the underwear. Has good absorption and the sticker is good. The pad lasted for 12 hours all night and was worry free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these thinking they were something completely different. I don't know what I was thinking lol. I did try them out sorta. It absorbed an entire cup of water, no leaks. The packaging was very discreet and the outer material the guard came in seemed flushable. The guard itself seemed very durable and would last for quite sometime. It has an adhesive sticker on inside to attach to briefs, which I don't own. Not made for regular boxers.

Product is more comfortable BUT that's it. Extra width at front is good but too narrow at bottom. Also too short. Needs to go further down. Remember gravity? They are more like a shield for very light leaks. Have used Depend for 5 years but no more. Will throw the rest of my opened 52 pack in the garbage. So long Depend.

I have been using Depends Men Guards for 33 years with total satisfaction. This new design and protection are a total failure. I am using 2 and 3 times more pads in addition experiencing greater leakage. Why did you try to fix what isn't broken?????

Also keeping the wearer dry and preventing leaks and fits well and easy to use also breathable it’s good for everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable wearing and there’s no leakage whatsoever. It’s not like other brands where it’s not breathable. This feel very comfortable and there was no mess anywhere. I highly recommend if you’re struggling to find something comfortable.

Whoever designed these has obviously never had to wear them. The old design wasn't perfect either, but theh were thicker and because they were thicker it allowed the male "anatomy" to sort of form a pocket that kept said anatomy situated in the center of the pad. The new ones are thin. Because they are thin, they allow for too much movement. There are times when I find that my manhood has moved to the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position and the business end may be completely missing the pad. Also, the adhesive is not as strong verses the old version. Maybe if the wings on the new ones had adhesive it would be better. The wings tend to get scrunched up towards the center of the pad. Also, if the new pads had some type of pocket formed into them in the center to keep things in place. If you listen to your customers and take the advice of people who have to live with your product everyday, you might be able to produce the best incontinence pad on the planet. So far you have gone backwards from mediocre design to a horrible design.

They absorb moisture really well and has the odor block technology to keep the user fresh all day. This is a good size pack, it comes with 52 pieces and will last a long time. The packaging is very discreet.
