They adhere to all my underwear very strongly, but peel off easily. They are discreetly packaged and compact, so I bring several with me wherever I go. They don't feel bulky or make any noise, and are very comfortable. When used, they capture liquid well as long as it's a study leak and mask odor very well. They hold an impressive amount for how thin they start out and are easy to change. And they didn't leak while full. Make sure you use these with tighter underwear ( no briefs or boxers), and don't experience full loss of continence or release of a full bladder. I'd also occasionally leak a little to the side of these guards, but they captured most. On my worst days, I may bring a full diaper or medical brief, but these are still an instant favor. Overall, the convenience of this product is ahead of most other products.I've tried on the market for occasional leaks when you're out and about.
