[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying friskies for years. It's the only wet food my cats will eat! We've tried the high end and the low end. But Friskies is the only one that keeps the fuzzies happy at breakfast time:) They go nuts for it!

The pate is a great option for diabetic cats. My guy was 24lbs when we adopted him and now he is 18lbs and no longer needs insulin. This is the only pate he will eat, and much more affordable than other low carb options. Too bad Petco is such a hater.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased a can of ocean whitefish and tuna dinner for my cats and they won't eat it. When my kitten that eats everything won't eat it something is wrong. They will only eat friskies to begin with so I hope there isn't something different in it.. do you know why? They are eating the poultry platter with no issues that I put I their bowl after dumping the whitefish out... The can does look different from the others, is something changing? I normally don't buy this flavor but I know they have eaten it on the past..???? The reviews below is just for this one product, my cats love friskies and will only eat friskies. So please don't change the flavor!!!! My cats are begging you!

The top of the can is easy to open, and one container feeds both of my cats at breakfast. I do not like the label, however, as it's hard for me to read the ingredients. Black lettering on a dark background just isn't a good combination. *I received this item free for my review, however, all opinions are of my own.

AND SHE'S A VERY FINICKY FELINE. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT SHE LIKES FRISKEY WET FOOD. THIS WEEK I'M GOING TO GET HER SOME OF THE TURKEY AND GRAY, SO SHE HAVE HER THANKSGIVING MEAL.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat eats everything but Mariner's catch. i have put him on a soft wet diet because every time I gave him dry food (some expensive brands) he would throw up.. I was told he throws up because he's not chewing his food. So I switched. As I said he eats everything but mariner's catch. He even tried to bury it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep the Mixed Grill on hand because when my kitties have an upset tummy, some days some things just don't agree with them, instead of them not eating anything, I give them the Mixed Grill. I do this because the Mixed Grill they seem to keep it in their tummies instead of bringing it back up. I guess it, "sticks to their ribs" so to speak. Even on days when they are doing great though, they love the Mixed Grill. My cats will bug me to give them the Mixed Grill.

My cat was diagnosed as diabetic. My research showed that dry cat food is very high in carbs, but cats need low-carb, high-protein food. Friskies Pate-style wet cat food has been shown to be among the lowest in carbs, so I switched him to it. He is doing much better, and does not get insulin.

Turkey & Giblets Dinner Pate has changed and my cats will no longer eat it. It seems to have succumbed to the fate of some of the other Pate flavors like Salmon and Mariner's Catch and is now spongy and dry. Unfortunately, those 3 flavors are in a lot of variety cases, so what to do? It's hit-or-miss as to which version you get. The cans with the circle impressions (as opposed to the oval marks) on top seem to be the newer version. I don't think Purina should change formulas without informing consumers. That's wrong, IMO.

Friskies beat out even the over priced other brands! My cat babies told me so, even my Minxy who is super picky about her food and even her treats! I have to admit, I was very surprised as Friskies is a modestly priced brand. I have offered them every brand out there and Friskies wet food, dry food AND treats was the only brand they ate with joy, not a crumb left in the dish! Let your cats try it, they will let you know how much they love it!
