One feral cat would eat a whole 130z can of turkey giblets or Poultry platter or mixed grill. Now he would rather go hungry. It is a waste of money starting a month or so ago.

I love that this brand has been around for so long and is well-known for being a trusted company. My cat enjoyed the food very much. She gets multiple servings from each can! I like how it can be stored for later use and I always reheat it for a few seconds in the microwave.

My two cats love Mixed Grill. It's really difficult to get them to eat any other flavor. They particularly like the amount of gravy in Mixed Grill. I'm really struggling to get my cats to eat because I cannot always get the Mixed Grill flavor. Both have lost weight. One cat is borderline diabetic and the other is in early stage kidney disease. I've tried hundreds of dollars worth of other flavors that get thrown away because they just won't eat it. I know there is an issue with aluminum shortage and other issues but I wonder if you would consider this flavor in pouches without affecting the flavor, quantity, quality, and cost.

I will try and find the classic pate but I think you have changed it across the board.. None of my crowd likes this any more. It is too sticky. We toss a lot out. I would be willing to pay more to get the original recipe back.. I am going to have to fins another cat food brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have contacted Friskies (Purina) via phone, email, and live chat. They all insist that no change has been made to the formula. Or they suggest that maybe it was one bad can...nope, we've opened and tried several. They all then insist that it must be our cat "showing their desire for something new or different by making noticeable changes in their feeding behavior, which may be refusing to eat their favorite food." But we have 3 cats. This used to be the favorite flavor of all 3 cats. Now, all 3 walk away from it. We can see and smell a difference, and our cats can clearly notice a difference, too. Even the feral cats in our neighborhood won't eat it! What does that tell you? We were fortunate to be able to find the old style blue cans at our local Dollar General. We just so happened to also have a can of the new changed yellow/gold can and label food. We compared the ingredients side by side - and it's official - there is a definite difference and a change has been made! Maybe it's not a major alteration, but there is clearly a difference! Ingredients are listed in a different order, and certain ingredients are completely different. There are differences that are obvious enough to be noticed by our three cats, to the human eye, and, from other comments posted, many others as well. To say that no change has been made is just not true. We will be looking for other options for our cats.

the new whitefish and tuna pate is awful, the color is yellow grey, smells like liver and meat and is thick and tacky. none of my Homeless Pets Rescue cats will touch it and when only one broke down to try it she vomited it up right away. Why oh why did they NOT leave a good receipe alone. I am sure its to cut on cost and increase profits. Pet food is getting worst and worst. Do not buy this its just awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this canned cat food regularly in our house. They come in boxes of many cans so we can stock up. The cans stack well together on our shelves. They are easy tab open tops which makes things easier. The serving size of each can is acceptable. The cons are that I hate feeling like I'm wasting so much metal every time because I just throw them out. It would take far too much time to rinse every single one in order to put them in the recycle bin. And I also wish the can label colors were more different from each other so we could easily tell what we're grabbing off the shelf; they're all orange in this set. “I received this product for free for the purpose of my review.
